I wish I d never seen this product

I cannot comment on the product as I have been unable to even try it When considering this pricey purchase I contacted the company and communication from them was excellent Very fast to respond and answer my questions When I got the product a part was missing and having held the stem in place not fitted it I decided it wasn t for me I asked for a refund as their terms and conditions said there was a 14 day period to change my mind The response I got was quoted as 9 3 Goods must be returned complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions If the product has been used no refund will be available All the original packing must be returned in reasonable condition They did however say they would allow me a one off once return The communication then dried up I requested the information needed to return the item on several occasions and heard nothing for over a week The item was too expensive to return from Canada so I asked for the missing part to be sent instead I was told it would be shipped within 48 hrs but one week later it still hadn t and I had to ask for it again I got the part today and it is the wrong part The company asked for an honest review on here so here it is I would not recommend using NRG Stems as they seem to lose interest in me as a customer once I had paid
