Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service my father passed away 3 days ago and the hospital bed that he died in was supposed to be picked up today as i am leaving the country They came and took everything else apart from the bed Then i called them and they said they have nothing booked in and we have to wait to next week even though i spoke to them and arranged the delivery myself for today And all they kept doing was hanging up the phone on me because they are a disgraceful company AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

After horrendous experience of bed delivery Now bed collection Told it would be thursday 26thsept nothing happened Next day got text bed would be collected between 10 30 and 12 30 nothing happened Phoned nrs on hold for over 10 mins at least they don t claim that your call is important it obviously isn t Told van out on rounds on their way Phoned later told 20mins away Phoned again later told 2 stops away After an hour or two phoned by driver told no collection van full That s it after a days waiting Monday ring at door man from NRS He was there to do a PAT test on old bed I phoned nrs on hold again listening to that awful guitar music Spoke to agent no details of the bed collection After a few mins told collection would b tomorrow 1st of October Contacted trustpilot nrs will see if there is a better response

Collection of a hospital bed scheduled
Collection of a hospital bed scheduled for 12-2 pm yesterday Despite endless calls chasing being fobbed off with excuses such as he ll be there shortly 45 minutes away you re next he can be there till 9 pm etc it was a no show Until this bed is removed we can t take delivery of a new bed also by NRS and other equipment scheduled for Monday and my mum can t be discharged from the hospital I ve called them this morning to see whether it can be resolved for Monday but not confident it will Extremely frustrated as I have to manage being in hospital to be with mum but also have to go and wait at her place for their technician who may or may not turn up

Very poor left me with no walking aid
Very poor left me with no walking aid for very long time I m waiting on amputation Been told by them on phone an text my items out for delivery 3 times still nothing even had guy pull up out from on all delivery days an then text say no item out of stock item delivered Tim needs the sack so does the manager shes tells lies to Negligence is a sackable offence you are playing with disabled people s lives Nrs please have a big staff suppliers shack up before you have big negligence solicitors paying you a visit

Will they ever arrive
We arranged three weeks ago for a bed and other equipment to be picked up Were given a date in October and got up at 5 00 am and made a two hour journey to be at the property in time for the collection Was supposed to get a text the night before with a two hour window no text Made the journey early in the morning phoned them on arrival they promised to come but could not give a window Tried phoning again three hours later they were still unable to give a rough idea of arrival time We have now been waiting at the property for six hours after a 5 am start and no indication if they will be arriving We called in the early afternoon and they assured us that the they would be coming today However just before 5 00 pm after we had waited in the flat for 8 5 hours NRS finally called to tell us that they would not be coming I am lost for words at this thoughtless and uncaring attitude

Absolutely hopeless
Absolutely hopeless Engineer turns up unannounced to test equipment Fails the epilepsy sensor as it does not work Nearly 2 weeks later and chasing phone calls promises of calling back fail to happen Still waiting for corrective action Obviously NRS do not care about the service user who needs this essential piece of equipment working Will have to complain to council as they unfortunately are wasting our council tax on this company

This late afternoon careless van driver almost run me over Driver has pulled out with any attention to other road users Didn t indicate manuvers as also his language was very rude and offensive towards me and person riding right behind me Incident take place on Railroad road SE24 Around 19 20 Van last three registration laters PPU

Hard to describe how bad NRS are
If you have any choice do not use this company They are dealing with vulnerable people yet their processes and systems are totally inadequate Amusingly they have responded to the first message asking me to email them directly Which I had done before writing the review but they ignored

Engineer booking but no product to install
I had an appointment booked for delivery of a clock why it needs an engineer is beyond me I could setup the clock in 5minutes anyway The booking was for the engineer to arrive between 1pm and 3pm I received progress updates at 7 28am and two updates at 2 17pm stating the engineer was on his way The first message at 2 17pm was to say the engineer was a few stops away the second message at 2 17 was to say the job was completed However one arrived despite me waiting in from 12 00 to ensure I didn t miss the call I called the Customer Support Team to be told the product was out of stock and so the engineer couldn t attend therefore another appointment would be needed There are so many questions about the competence of tasking on this job I leave you to draw your own conclusions but 1star is too high for this outfit Avoid if you can

Bed finally collected because I persisted with company I must have totalled hours of call waiting listening to that jarring guitar music The response from the company on trust pilot is tokenism No attempt to solve problems Poor management Shocking frustrating experience I suppose they will respond by suggesting you contact trustpilot nrshealthcare don t bother it s only an empty gesture
