I had dropped one of three my ocean bottle and the brew lid broke When I attempted to purchase a replacement brew lid the page said all were sold out I sent an email to customer service asking how I could replace the brew lid and was advised by Denis that accessories are not individually available in the USA Denis advised me that a new brew lid would be sent to me free of charge and I actually received an entire new bottle BRAVO Ocean Bottle
