I ve been saving for a new ocean bottle for a while now after losing my previous brew flask As a water bottle it s a bit of an investment but I knew I wanted it for me and the rest of our family too The design is beautiful compact size it DOES NOT LEAK and it keeps your beverage cold or hot for hours HOWEVER The brew flask is being promoted as a multi use bottle for hot and cold I used mine for coffee once last week it s brand new and the smell and taste DOES NOT come out I can no longer use it as a water bottle Ofcourse I tried everything to clean it Removed the rubbers soaked it bicarb of soda everything The smell is in the rubber it is strong and it is there to stay I emailed a complaint and they just told me to basically clean it Very frustrating and so dissapointing as it was very expensive for something that can now only be used as a small coffee flask

I ordered two bottles on 23 7 in time for my sons birthday which is 3 8 Shipping is stated as 2-4 days Nothing has arrived yet - multiple conversations with customer services and they won t refund my order 76 in case it turns up These things happen but how you deal with them is important In complete contrast another company whose item arrived damaged have replaced it free of charge and are dispatching today That s what good customer service looks like Really disappointed as wanted to support a company who appear to be doing things sustainably and with thought Ultimately if your customer isn t at the heart of your processes you ll lose business Hugely disappointed

I was very pleased to receive this as a Christmas present I think the ethos of the project is amazing However I m really disappointed with the flask - it simply doesn t work I ve tried it twice now and on both occasions what started out as scalding hot black coffee ended up lukewarm after just a couple of hours And yes I kept it upright I think the design fault is the uninsulated lid I m afraid that cheaper less sustainable flasks work far better

I ordered the Red Bull themed bottle more than a week ago and I still haven t received it Bad customer service - no update about my order or about the delay in shipment no contact number that I can call which made me wonder if the website was legitimate I had to email them to find out what happened and to be told it s in the queue to be shipped after paying 2-4 days shipment cost delivery on top of the bottle been quite pricey Very disappointing and unacceptable Update - I finally received the bottle but much later than the expected date

Bought the new Brew bottle as I loved the ethos of the company but unfortunately the product just isn t fit for purpose which defeats the point completely Hot drinks don t retain their heat at all compared to any other hot drink flask I ve used so is really only good as a small water bottle Emailed customer service in case it was a faulty item but didn t get a response

Bottle arrived quickly but after having put it in the dishwasher there are marks all over the bottle which won t wash off I did check the website to ensure that it was machine washable I emailed the company a few days ago but no response very frustrating Today a piece of the rubber sealing fell off not happy with this considering the price I d definitely think twice about purchasing this bottle

I ordered a bottle on the 25th July 2024 and have not recieved it and today is the 6th of Aug I have reached out only to be told that there was a technicality issue and my bottle will arrive in two days time which was 6 days ago I have asked for a refund considering the poor service and lack of response from the company and charging a premium price includes delivering a service and a product you would think Really unhappy and would never use this company again

Such lovely products but abysmal experience not getting them I ve decided to give the lovely teachers at my son s school an engraved bottle as an end of year present and had them engraved individually my son was so excited They delivered ONE WATER bottle instead of TWO COFFEE mugs and in the wrong colour and with the WRONG engraving This happened on Friday - I ve sent countless emails but no response 48 hours later They reply to trustpilot in 24 hours Well not to their actual customers trying to resolve an urgent problem which is their fault via email Now I am in a position where I need to find new teacher presents as I don t see how this will get here by Wednesday THE MOST AWFUL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Paid 4 50 for quick delivery it s been almost a week and my order hasn t even left their building yet Hoping delivery would only take 2-3 days for what I paid to not have it within the same week after ordering it on a Monday suggests this is well below average and is very poor service For the price you pay just go to Chillys products Update They replied on here asking for order details to help with the problem It is all for show I have not been messaged asking for my order details at all and my order has not progressed at all a whole week after ordering ShamefulUpdate After an email reply I was told the same information the Royal Mail tracking service provided me with saying they were waiting for Ocean Bottle to give the order to Royal Mail Even though they say they ve fixed it the tracking information hasn t changed but they did refund me my shipping They then tried offering me free stuff to soften the blow guessing that would ve arrived next summer if I accepted it Seems like they couldn t be asked to actually send it Still not delivered yet

I ordered a bottle with an engraving on their website as a birthday present I received an order confirmation and then a further email the next day to say my order would soon be shipped Following this they proceeded to email me to say the bottle I had order was out of stock even though it was in stock when I ordered it They have no idea when the bottle will be in stock next so I had no option but to cancel and think of another birthday present It would be best if they kept their website up to date as not to disappoint customers who are spending a lot of money on their products
