The bottle leaks I bought it just before Christmas and it s leaking already I was seriously dissatisfied and disappointed because now it only works as a cup

I love the ethos and dimensions of the bottle but sadly it is useless for hot drinks Because the lid as cup is not insulated any outdoor activity where the bottle is naturally shaken leads to significant heat loss before you even arrive I took it out for 2 hours rowing coffee was at good drinking temperature good but not piping hot and I had preheated the bottle with boiling water Stupidly you have to keep the lid off to use the cup so further heat loss occurs and even though I gulped down the coffee as quickly as I could easy as it wasn t piping hot my second cup another hour later was only luke warm This will be less of a problem for cold drinks as cool naturally pools at the bottom hence not a total disaster but I ll be sending it back as I already have a bottle for water Real shame please redsign keeping in mind that the lid also has to be insulated for the bottle to be effective and that it needs a second layer lid if you want to use the lid as a cup

Claims to minimise leaks however liquid pours out of the side of the seal Seems very poorly manufactured rubber seal is very loose around the side of the flask

I ordered an ocean bottle 7 days ago and it s hasn t even been dispatched yet I ve told them I don t want it anymore as I ve had to buy a replacement Yeti Rambler for a trip as it will no longer get to me in time and they ve gone quiet Love the ethos but that doesn t excuse a poor customer experience Update the customer service is truly shocking They haven t even bothered to read my emails and keep sending me the same automated response from Denis Update 2 still no response 7 days after my item was supposedly dispatched but has not even got a scheduled delivery as of yet No response from Ocean Bottle I ve told them this is for a charity trek in Africa that I run a charity and that it really is something I need but they don t give a flying

It is so sad that a company doesn t grasp customer service I guess eventually it will be this lack of care that puts them out of business I want to use something other than disposable cups for my Pret subscription So I researched the size of a Pret Latte 340ml and thought the 350ml Bre Flask would be perfect When it arrived it seemed a little small so I weighed the flask and filled it with water and it has a capacity of 320ml if you fill it to the brim it holds 350 but then you cannot put the lid on Tried to return the product am told its non-returnable because I filled it with water This type of idiotic customer service is infuriating Now I have to waste time filling out a trading standards complaint form Why not just take the return The products are nice I would still have probably bought a water bottle

Awful product It s solid looks good But it absolutely fails to keep a hot drink warm for very long This product is 35 My fake Chillys bottle does a better job and costs a fraction of this Really disappointed Please save yourself the bother and buy something that actually works I can t comment on what it s like for cold drinks as I didn t buy it for this purpose It s likely to be kept in the cupboard which in itself is a waste

Well I ordered a bottle for 50 7 days ago on 27th June 2-4 days for delivery paying 3 95 for it Queried it 3 days after ordering that it wasn t despatched and received a fairly blunt we do say it s 2-4 days and that it would be chased up Contacted them on chat yesterday to ask what s happening as it was 6 days on and asking to cancel the the order of it doesn t arrive shortly No reply and then that evening a notification that it had shipped Still no reply to my message and although it s shipped it still just shows the postage label has been printed Diabolical service for such an expensive product

We have been using these bottles for a little while now and have a 3x 500ml and 1x 1l These are not the cheapest on the market but we really love their values and ideals behind the product The problem is that there is no customer service or after sales my partner has emailed reached out via social media to try and solve a couple of issues 1 is that we need a replacement gasket for the 1l bottle and the other is a replacement top part of a 500ml bottle as its cracked these should really be simple issues to resolve with a decent after sales service We have registered the bottles on the app but it is not clear how to raise a replacement part request

Extremely poorly designed as doesn t fulfil the basic function of being a bottle If you upend it with the lid on obvs then try to drink from it you ll find the liquid has collected around the thread of the rim and spills down the side of the bottle etc etc This doesn t happen to other bottles

Bottles are nice enough but the customer service is dreadful I ordered a couple of the large bottles 70 for two bottles and they can t tell me when they ll be shipped out I bought them for a trip I m leaving on next week and thought it would be plenty of time based on the shipping guidance 2-4 days - today is day 4 since I ordered but apparently they re just in the queue to be sent out which will most likely be in the next couple of days or so which won t help me They won t cancel and have no way of expediting but I can set a safe space for them to deliver to so they can sit outside my house letting everyone know I m on holiday for 2 weeks
