Bottle feels poor quality I was disspointed

Every time you open the bottle there is a mess As water gets trapped in the lid screwing mechanism it simply goes everywhere when opened Not quite the quality expected of a premium product

Pretty bottle but the top part of the bottle smells like plastic and the smell doesn t go away

Very beautiful and sustainable but doesn t keep drinks hot Perhaps I misunderstood the product in which case apologies for the critique

They don t respond to emails Love the idea of the company and what they do but the after sales service is very poor and need addressing by the managers

Very disappointed in the service was sent someone else s order incorrectly and they want me to pay to send it back which they will then refund for a sustainable company I would not expect to have to print a returns label and physically go to the post office I still have not received my actual order and no communication to tell me when I will receive it aside from shortly which could mean anything

I got a 350ml brew flask The bottle looks cool and keeps the drink warm but the lid has a serious design flaw that makes it not hygienic to use To open a lid you need to grab the top with your hand and turn it When you drink you touch the same part of the lid with your lips that you just touched with your hands and it s just not hygienic The bottle designed to be used on the go which means you touch things in the public transport door handles etc and the dirt from your hands goes straight into your mouth Also the top part of the lid is the only convenient place where you can hold the bottle when carrying it around In addition it s impossible to tell if the lid is closed or not just by looking at it It s easy to forget to close it and spill the liquid Spring-loaded valves do not have this issue It s a great idea but a flask should function as a flask in the first place I hope the brew lid will be redesigned

Good sized bottle However this product gives the water a bad plastic taste smell even after washing in the dishwasher several times Concerned with the taste of plastic in my water and also off putting For the price I would expect better Will be reverting to my YETI flask which has no bad taste

Loved this at first and bought two more my son has the orange one and he loves that it keeps water cold all day even on a really hot day so he takes it to school everyday But when I was washing his bottle once I noticed there was black mould on the silicone rings inside the lid and that ha really grossed me out I take them out and put them in the dishwasher but the mould keeps coming back Yuk

Ordered on 17 09 my second purchase from Ocean Bottle First time bought via Amazon it arrived next day This time the order hasn t arrived yet When I inquired about the delay I was told one part of the order was out of stock and would take a while After waiting another two weeks I asked to swap an item for another in stock Customer service said it would ship in a few days I contacted them again last week and was told the same thing - it would be shipped in a few days The product is great but shipping and customer service have been disappointing in terms of communication and promised delivery dates
