I totally love the ethos behind this bottle The helping to clear plastics from the sea and helping those financially who carry out this worthy job Fantastic The actual bottle is a nice design and very usable My only criticism is it could be a little bigger

Great bottle with even better impact The bottle itself though has minor issues - sometimes leaks if you closed with decent force typically happens for my girlfriend - nfc chip is in my opinion mot worth it and against the purpose of little waste Other than that great bottle

Love this as a water bottle but I used it for coffee once and I m struggling to get the smell out of the lid despite washing it several times I ll keep using it for water as it s a handy size for my handbag but won t use again for coffee Lovely design overall and a great cause that they re supporting

Received my bottle a few weeks back and have now had a chance to try it out It keeps my coffee produced in bean to cup machine at about 65C warmer than my previous travel mug but I feel still a little disappointed in that too much heat is lost through the cap cup system which gets quite warm I mentioned this to Ocean Bottle and they say the spec for the bottle is to keep liquids warm to 40C for 9 hours I guess it would achieve that

I love my big Ocean Bottle and I use it every day Such a great initiative to support as well

Love the design and it s the best thermal cup I ve ever used Keeps the drink supper hot the vessel doesn t leak and it s lovely to drink from And best of all I feel like I m doing something good for the ocean in buying it

I knew I would absolutely love my ocean bottle and got a second for a friend They love it too The fact that it s dishwasher safe was a huge selling point Overall the bottle is a great size and the thermos part has a great finish and does an excellent job at keeping things hot cold It s also light and easy to transport MY ONLY COMPLAINT is that the plastic in the lid cup section doesn t really match the quality of the rest of the bottle Unfortunately on my second day of use I used the carry loop to hold the bottle without the lid on and the bottle fell through the loop The thermos was fine not a scratch on it but the plastic lid cracked and can no longer be used Lesson learned but I do think the bottle would have survived if the plastic was a bit more durable Although I m disappointed the thermos still makes a great insulated cup

I recently bought an original 500ml Ocean Bottle as I wanted a bottle that s easier to clean than the classic style metal bottle I ve been using for the last few years I love the company s mission and values and the bottle is beautiful and feels really high quality My only disappointment is that it doesn t really have 500ml capacity in practice - if you fill it right to the brim with the full lid component on it s 500ml but if you fill only the main metal bit it s more like 400ml This isn t a huge deal but marketing it as 500ml is a bit misleading when the classic metal bottle is definitely and easily 500ml capacity and if going on a long walk or something it s a bit annoying that it will be more difficult to fill up with 500ml of water I guess you can just fill up through the narrow lid mouth rather than the wide metal mouth and all the other benefits are worth it it s just something I think should be made clearer

The bottle itself is great I thoroughly liked it However The bottle would fall through the loop when the bottle was full without the lid on The lid seal broke off within a few months of use I have contacted the support team twice and have received no response so I ended up purchasing a replacement lid which does not fit my bottle I m not sure if they remodelled But now I have a bottle with no lid and a lid with no bottle and no phone number to ring to actually get a response Before the lid broke I took it everywhere I went it was what I always drank my water out of Edit They ve got in contact with me refunded the lid purchase and are sending me what should be the correct lid free of charge Changed my review from 2 to 4 stars
