I read reviews about Sanifun that they replaced damaged part quite fast and free of charge Well we had a bath shower combo and the bathtub cracked after a few months when we used that chair part for the first time as we did not use it until than We reported immediately this and they replied that I should have reported damage 48 h from acquisition and that they cannot do anything about it If we had the damage a bit after 3 months it is not our fault We used the shower correctly so the damage is not our fault
