Cable Issues

I had a cable issue my TV was scrambling and glitching on certain stations the lady who helped me get a service tech out the next day was very helpful and the service tech John Parker was exceptionally nice professional and very knowledgeable He answered all my questions and went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service he provided I believe he is a asset to you company and it s people like him is why I stay with Optimum

Just got off the phone with a lovely customer service representative named Milan I needed to reduce my bill as I live on social security she was so sweet and kind and told me about promotion s that they offered I saved 64 dollars a month now thanks to her She is AMAZING I can t thank her enough She is a total asset to Optimum

Optimum Great Experience

I had absolutely no problems with my Optimum representative in providing all the service billing questions as as well as scheduling at first earliest date Chad Marr represented Optimum The installer Benjamin Roberts was prompt courteous knowledgeable and kind They both have pride and happiness in their work The complete transaction was flawless I did call Optimum customer service and spoke with Anan to verify the time date She was exceptional listener patience and very helpful She answered all my questions

I downloaded new Optimum app on my Kindle Fire on 3 02 23 and have had problems with volume control ONLY ON OPTIMUM APP All other apps work FINE Called Altice x2 and they were unable to resolve the problem I took it to Optimum Store in Hauppauge NY on Motor Parkway Even though the problem remains unresolved I must compliment Randy and Josie for their help They both took the time to try to help Both were very pleasant and professional R Riegger

I visited the Pelham Manor location to have my new Samsung S23 set-up This entailed a complete transfer from my Samsung S9 unit I met a group of very friendly courteous employees whom each were really anxious to assist Gray Jose together did most of the transaction and each was extremely hospitable Of course I cannot omit Josh who on a previous day welcomed me to this store and assisted in securing the new phone Each individual who was there upon my arrival this morning 3 3 23 is an asset to your company I wish I could have assigned a 5 review for each

Today Steven from our local office came to correct the horrible job done by the contractor sent by the call in service The contractor half a 5 wall connections and left a tangled mess at the junction box oh he forgot the junction box so left it coaxial on the ground Went to the local office in Victoria with pictures Service manager Justin apologized and said he would send someone That was Steven Pleasant knows what he s doing and takes pride in his work Skip the call in number and walk into the local office and get service and skip the Tylenol

Above and Beyond

Juan and Matt arrived and greeted me professionally They checked my equipment did the necessary diagnostics and then went out of their way to properly bury my cable line from the greenbelt box into my house connection unit This cable had been hanging on my fence for years after a Suddenlink tech promised he would return and properly bury it which never occurred until Juan and Matt showed up I showed them the exposed cable issue and they said this should never have occurred They then got equipment out of the truck and using the existing conduit fed a new line underground I was very impressed with their can-do attitude their expertise and their willingness to make things right Kudos to Juan and Matt
