Terrible cell service They will not answer any concerns you have I have not had cell service for awhile and they do not care They need to go out of business Please nobody use them for cell service

Let s start by saying I love around Hickory NC We know here that no matter your phone service provider you must have internet to stay connected as one would expect Gabriel my CSR was really great I was a but heated with the situation and he stayed steady and focused to help However I am in an area that no matter what provider you have internet assists and Gabriel refused to hear that He was diligent and called back to say he had checked with all he had and concluded it was a Verizon problem Well we will see

In my local area they re more reliable than others and they ve improved lately I had some past outages which were really annoying but the last year it s been pretty smooth

High speed but horrible upload speed

The internet works great I do get my full speed always high speed but can you guys please make the upload speed better because when I want to upload something on YouTube it takes hours PLEASE THANK YOU
