Otto agency is bad
Hello I have a complaint about the Otto Agency particularly the office in Gxo I have been working for Otto Agency for one year I have never been sick and have never been late to work this is a fact I am not exaggerating I do my job to the best of my ability and am respectful to everyone Yesterday I asked my boss Daniel dos Reis at Gxo number 3 for vacation time for Christmas because they mentioned we could use it as there wouldn t be much work I submitted a holiday request for one week specifically the week of Christmas but he came and cut my vacation short saying he could only give me vacation from Tuesday to Friday Who takes vacation from Tuesday to Friday Nobody It s insane I am weekend free he wants me to work on Monday and then I m expected to take vacation again starting Tuesday I am tired of him playing games with me I believe he is not a fair leader and only rewards people he likes By the way I have never done anything wrong to him he just likes to use his authority and power to assert that he is the boss It s very disappointing And about the Otto office for Gxo coordinators say at the beginning Feel free to call me but they never answer I have gone there many times and did not feel welcome at all it seems like they are just trying to get rid of you so they can continue their work I also had a bad experience today with the office and they were not helpful at all They told me to send an email so I can wait for two weeks for them to respond No that s enough I have been working for Gxo for one year and putting up with them but enough is enough I hope you will take this complaint seriously I never act on silly things but they will never change their approach These are their names Klaudia Sidor Karolina Krzystofig and Zaneta Kuc And also the accommodation situation is stressful Switching non-stop every few months to another room with another roommate makes it difficult because you never know who you will be living with I have lived with an alcoholic a shady Buddhist monk an old guy who never says a word an aggressive young kid who is rude and a person who has no respect and turns on their alarm every 10 minutes at 4 o clock in the morning When you finally get a few good roommates they are taken away by the rule of three months living in one hotel and then moving to another I want to complain about the hotels How do you explain one bad hotel and one good hotel that cost the same I am paying the same when I live in IBC Hotel which is bad and the same when I live in Kafra Housing It s crazy what kind of difference exists between the hotels yet we have to obey right I don t want to go into too much detail about the hotels but here are just one or two points For the same amount of money at Kafra we have a cleaning lady who cleans the kitchen an oven and we have pans and pots Detergent and paper for cleaning are provided at no extra cost There are also many refrigerators to store your food In contrast at IBC Weg there is no oven and the small kitchen is poorly equipped nothing is provided to cook your food yet the same amount of money comes from my account every month Regarding the managers of both hotels I have been at IBC Weg for three weeks now and they still haven t sorted the post compartment If I need to search for my mail I have to go through each piece of mail to find it On the other hand at Kafra Hotel the managers are helpful and more organized I repeat it s for the same amount of money I m tired of writing this email complaint and knowing that nothing will change Your slogan or motto WE CARE ABOUT OUR PEOPLE is false I have never experienced anyone caring about me in your company What a sad lie unfortunately And for the last thing to say I hope you will take my complaints very seriously and that you will fire those people and get new ones who actually want to serve us workers and be of help In the end I will quit this company it s just bad Yes I also forgot to mention the names of two managers in IBC Weg They are just not good and I don t want to go into it deeply but I want to name them Simona Hrbalova and Chrystian Ndzondzo If you don t sort the post mail by our names and when I say my toilet doors are broken you just respond with yes I know and leave it at that it is just bad

Avoid them at all cost
They promised me a car for transportation I got a bike for a 40km distance Kept complaining the travel time to work is too long and exhauating at least move me to a closer location Kept giving me empty promises I was working 2-3 days a week because the company they hired me into did not needed that many workers Countless times I have been sent home because there is too many people The salary sometimes did not cover the accomodation due to the few work days they provided me and built up a dept for me The bike manager was hard to reach took days to get my bike in the first place When I left the situation was the same Contacted otto and their accomodation that I cant reach the bike manager and I have to go back to my country urgently We discussed I will leave the bike keys for them there and told them the bike is at their accomodation with the rest of the bikes in the bike parking lot They deny that and forced me to pay for the bike Dont believe a single word to them be really careful with every document and if you have a problem with them just go to the authorities straight away Dont complain for them they will ignore it or give you empty promises

Worse agency ever No communication between their own departments
They promised in my home country I will be delivery driver Ok When I got there they put me in a room with a guy that snored so loud it sounded as if my ear plugs were generating the noise Slept in such an environment for 4 days before I went and took the driving test with 2 hours of sleep Failed the test obviously They gave me another driving job This time the accommodation was even worse I shared a studio flat with 3 other people that woke up at different times of day and night to go to work My bedroom in that studio was a 2x4 prison cell I measured it that I had to share with another slave That slave also snored and so that went on for 3 days before I took the next test on another 2 hours of sleep Obviously I forgot to check a bike lane because of how tired I was and they said I didn t have enough experience LOL Oh for the second job I had to bike 11 KM through rain and cold to get to the job Yeah do that on 2 hours of sleep and see if you can drive a van through narrow streets for hours on end and see if you don t make any mistakes Next they said my only option is to work a warehouse job still 11 KM away And pay of my debt the company LOL

I would have gave less stars if there
I would have gave less stars if there was an option this company is a scam you pay a lot for rent to be in a small room with another person you have to go to work 16km away from the accommodation with an ebike that barely works you pay a depozit and if it gets a flat tire you have to pay for it the work is pretty bad too and there is more But in top of all this if you try to resign before the end of your contract they can take 500 from you A total scam the fact that it still operates is just crazy They should investigate this company Don t fall for the nice advertising They are rude after the recruitment process

Otto work force are creating 21century slaves
As an employee its the worst possible decision you can make in your life These people are horrible Dont even know english and they will tell you that YOU are the one that doesnt know things Its all a trick to completely destroy every bid of your spirit so they can then do whatever they want with you and you become basicly a 21 century slave If you value your life do not go to this agency

Generally I was satisfied with my salaries and my task at work but there are some people who don t respect your human rights and want to make themself look as saints meanwhile make your life hell At my workplace there was a maintenance guy who felt right to clean with hydrochloric acid that made me feel like I am at an Auschwitz concentration camp When I reported this among other things to the management instead of take the toxic people away an HR manager of GXO Jerome Pepels told me that according to the GXO policies it is fine if I die These policies are the same on the whole world Because of the toxins a blood clot has developed in my brain I was literally dying meanwhile Aleksandra Krys manager of OTTO was making several fake accounts of me to social media sites Not only of me but about her colleague who was sitting next to her during the whole day too Even 3 months after I left the company she was trolling like that She also asked someone to call me in the name of the Police They literally commited crime with these but they are still sitting and laughing in their seats Unbeliveable this can happen in 2024
