Ordered their supposed waterproof gloves which aren t waterproof They also sent me the wrong size When I asked for a refund they just offered me 10 off which all new customers get They are now ignoring me From researching they aren t even based in Austria they are based in Hong Kong and their products are cheap from China DON T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

This is a scam Cheap Chinese rubbish not fit to put on your feet Present themselves as a legitimate UK business but they have nothing to do with UK other than to con people The boots I bought were unfit for purpose and very poor quality material The items take a long time to arrive and come in a plastic bag direct from China If you ask to send back they immediately offer you a 30 discount to retain If you continue to refuse goods they say you need to return to Austria at your own cost The return note is within a long T s C s script making it difficult to print off - another barrier to discourage you to see through reversal of the transaction Others have said don t return items as they will come back to you from their office saying goods returned as no duty paid At this point you are another 7- 10 out of pocket PLEASE DO NOT BUY from this company you could buy such items off TEMU for a fraction the price if you wanted to damage your feet and wear something ridiculously cheap looking

Absolutely diabolical customer service

Absolutely diabolical customer service exactly the same experience as below in that I brought 2 winter boots stating the same as below Walked through wet grass and socks and boots were sodden Got so many confusing emails re waterproof water resistant It states as advertised waterproof Do not buy they are not waterproof and the advertisement is greatly misleading Absolutely shocking I will never buy anything again very disappointing They aren t even water resistant if they get wet just walking through grass Very poorly made rubbish material don t waste your money

The worst ever You have to click away lots of advertisements even when you re trying to order then they advertise that they are in Austria but the product should it ever arrive is still clearing customs 8 days after the order was placed and I get spammed at least twice a day with more offers and rubbish than from any company I have ever dealt with Absolutely not a company I would recommend If I could cancel the order and go elsewhere I would

WARNING This is not a legit company Their customer service do NOT help you They make a return and refund for any reason near completely impossible I cancelled my order within 20 minutes They told me their computers were unable to cancel orders presumably untrue They sent me the unwanted goods and then have been unbelievably resistant to me returning the goods and getting a refund I ve given up and thrown the goods away There are plenty of good companies selling better versions of what they sell who have reasonable and polite customer services with a return and refund policy AVOID this lot at all costs

Please do not purchase from this company Paid 50 for some barefoot boots that are exactly the same as a 7 from a Chinese site Temu They are far from superior Austrian quality as described So disappointed Ordered on 21st August ready for the start of school did not receive until 10th September despite delivery being stated as 3-10days Consequently had to buy another pair for the start of school They came taped in a bag no box Extremely cheap nasty quality Complained several times and was offered to return the item at my expense or recieve a 20 refund This still left the shoes at 40 a ridiculous amount for such poor quality I feel completely scammed I do not feel this is a legitimate company whatsoever buying in poor quality Chinese shoes and selling them as Austrian They are also not waterproof in the slightest Please read other reviews similar to mine before wasting your money

Better Scammers and Liars than Keir Starmer

This is a scam company that sells the worst rubbish you have ever seen in your life The staff are all trained to tell lies and make up stories as to why you are not getting your money back Just listen to the reponses from them on here They all have English girls names like Hanna and Becky but they are all Asians sending out the same scam emails talking their complete nonsense They cannot answer a question they are asked and continually tell lies They remind me of Keir Starmer lol Don t lose your money and beware they have other front websites selling the same stuff that you may have stepped on a couple of times but you definitely do not want to wear

Still haven t received anything except more emails and an invitation to join the facebook group so that I can share my experience with others This company will send you cheap Chinese products whilst adding made with love in Trofaiach to their email The only thing made in Trofaiach is the multiple marketing emails and pathetic responses to complaints on Trustpilot Misleading economical with the truth a 1-star company is taking advantage and deceiving it s customers They won t even let you return the product should you ever receive it without you having to pay the return shipping fees I would stay well clear of this lot 125 91 down the drain
