AMD Cobra - worth the money

Like Steven below I saw this model in a computer magazine and opted to buy it Customer care were very good while specifying the exact configuration with several emails exchanged to get things just right As it turned out I got a couple of upgrades due to what they had in stock which was OK The computer was delivered in about a week they specify 5 to 10 days so that was good It runs really well and I am pleased with my purchase

AMD COBRA

Great price for the spec AMD Cobra and communication from customer services so far has been first class I have been offered upgrades but decided to stay with the base spec and I have not been pressured into taking something I don t need Now awaiting delivery with high expectations that the product will deliver on quality as well as cost

Great experience Order promptly confirmed with an email the next day with further offers which I was able to customize and add on PC arrived next day as paid for Small hiccup with the power when I went to turn it on but I got support from their staff within 5 minutes of my first email and was walked through to the solution including a phone call Turned out to just be a loose connection on the motherboard which was easily remedied Happy customer and will return in the future

Great support from company both sales and technical plus the price The PC built with warranty etc cost a lot less than if I d used the same bits and built it myself Delivered at a weekend not expecting this within the 1 hour time slot PC very well protected and packaged too Great people to do business with

Great service

Reported an issue with my computer by email to support The computer was failing to power up no fans no led s absolutely nothing I reported this on a Thursday and a reply was received almost immediately The support team suggested a power supply unit failure and offered to send a replacement if I was happy to replace it myself They even included a link to a youtube video The PSU arrived on Friday delivered by DPD I fitted the part over the weekend all good I can recommend very highly the service provided by all the team at Palicomp No messing about no stalling just 100 effective and efficient Well done Palicomp and thank you

Graphics Card Issues

I had been having problems with MicroSoft flight simulation software not working with my graphics card My PC was built and supplied by Palicomp computers I contacted their support team and they helped me resolve the problem Their response was very prompt I had to contact Palicomp a couple of times in the past They were very prompt and helpful in resolving those issues as well

Too often when issues crop up people can be neutral at best about their experience This doesn t do justice to the great efforts a company can go to when making sure an issue is fully resolved I ve found Palicomp quick to act demonstrate real patience politeness and professionalism in resolving things for us If you are in Northern Ireland and curious about ordering from this company this is just to let you feel assured that you can give them your custom I had to write this because Palicomp understood the very human element of what we were going through and they addressed it perfectly Great company and I will come back to them for a future PC for the very reasons they ve given me to above

Great company for pre-builds

I recently bought a new pre-built from Palicomp as buying separate parts right now is more expensive due to the hike in GPU prices Palicomp price matched a deal from another site and allowed me to make some adjustments to make the perfect system for me Unfortunately when I first received the system it was damaged in transit and so did not boot I notified Palicomp and they arranged a free collection to rectify the problem A week later inc weekend I received the PC back and it works perfectly All in all I d recommend Palicomp for anyone that is looking to get a new build
