When you call for help you get a live person that can actually walk you through what you need to do The software is very user friendly It s made doing payroll affordable and easy I only wish they would make it easier to incorporate into quickbooks which is where I record all my checks Evidently there is a way but you have to use the quickbooks on line version and that doesn t work for me

The agent picked up after just a few minutes when the estimate was 15 min - pleasant surprise He took time to understand my question and then pulled multiple reports to make sure he had all contextual information We discussed the problem and he made his recommendations He was very professional and knowledgeable Could have asked for a higher quality of service

As a very small nonprofit organization I have really appreciated the comprehensive payroll support I never have to worry about whether tax reports are being filed on time or correctly and when something new comes along in the payroll world Patriot Software is always right on top of the changes and makes it simple for our organization to comply with new regulations This is the most user friendly payroll software system I ve every used
