Ordered dog coat with harness for my 6 month old chorkie I was hesitant over the size so emailed pawfect pets to advise the size they advised a size large it came within a week and the size was perfect so we ordered another for are older dog Yorkshire terrier ordered size XL2 came within 3 days perfect size really pleased with them

Great company great quality
I ordered a few jackets for my two chihuahuas Due to the strikes there was a few weeks delay with oneOf the jackets After speaking with Phil he resent the jacket and included a lovely new lead Thereafter the original jacket arrived also Offered to send it back but the company told me to keep it as compensation for the previous delay Pawfect4pets were lovely to deal with the jackets are really good quality and perfect sizing for my two chihuahuas I ve had previous jackets only last a month or two but these jackets are really good quality I will certainly be ordering from this company again as they are so good to deal with and with great products Thank you

Jacket for my wee Furry Friend
Ordered a jacket from Pawfect 4pets after being let down with another company The jacket I ordered was a really good quality and price was good You can feel how good this jacket is and I d recommend Size chart is a bit strange but I went by their chart and my dog is a 11kg Cocker Spaniel so the size was XXXL It fits like a glove and my wee furry friend told me she loves it

Item came within a few days even with extensive postal delays in our area and fit perfectly I had originally ordered the wrong size but messaged before it was dispatched and the issue was quickly rectified Will definitely be ordering more in different colours

I ordered a coat for my 9wk old puppy on Jan 31st and recieved it today 8th Feb Which I thought was very quick after reading delivery times I am very pleased with the product it is of good quality looks great and fits a treat I ordered a size small in red and he is a Cavapoo puppy

Absolutely fantastic product and flawless Customer Sevice
Absolutely fantastic Customer Experience Was initially apprehensive when ordering and saw a longer lead time for arrival than anticipated but understand these are bespoke made and when it landed with us I could see why because the quality of the dog fleece jacket is absolutely amazing Even with a slight misunderstand on my order Phil was quick to respond to my email set and manage expectations and sorted it all immediately for which I m hugely appreciative and grateful I d recommend the jacket to anyone and people stop me in the park to ask where I got our Golden Retrievers jacket from because it looks that good and the quality is absolutely on point Thoroughly recommend and Phil and the team were flawless throughout our customer experience and I d give 5 s and recommend to anyone else too
