My experience with Paystream has always been great and today was no exception I spoke to Sophie for a query relating to my timesheet As expected the customer service was great and Sophie ensured that the query was answered and also called me to back to update me further after discussing with my agency Really happy with the outcome and I will happily recommend Paystream to anyone looking for umbrella company services

The team were communicative and responsive available if I had any questions They ensured that I was informed proactively if there were any challenges slowing down processes like if the hourly approval was later than usual before their cut off time so I could ask in time to get it sorted

Paystream is the best Umbrella company I have used set up and reporting is transparent and easy and the customer care team and engagement process has been excellent For my next inside IR35 contract I will want to use Paystream
