The customer service when I ordered was first rate they made sure I had exactly the right set up I ordered a trike plus bike rake plus ramps for the trike The order arrived on time and very securely packed The assembly instructions were clear and it all went together smoothly Can t wait to use it

Excellent bike rack for eMTB
Just bought a roof rack for an eMTB Excellent piece of kit Really solid no plastic good solid metal construction If you attach the bike to the rack then lift the whole thing onto the car it s really simple I drive a Yeti and even with a high roof it was easy to put the bike on the roof It s a 2 man job due to weight of the bike and rack Brilliant customer service from Chris as well when I had some installation questions

Ergorack is just the job
I bought an Ergorack for my wife s ebike and was so pleased that when I bought an ebike I bougt a second rack We have just completed a long trip through Spain with both bikes on the roof with no problems at all Just make sure your roof bars can take the required load The advice and service from PBR has been excellent
