Great experience with support I haven t received this in 30 years The wonderful person STAR not only corrected my mistake in choosing the wrong product But he also carried out all the stages of activation and made sure that everything worked although I already received everything he accompanied me at all stages But after I had another computer problem unrelated to the product I purchased he spent an hour to fix it step by step Magnificent man

Chat customer service was able to help with a problem They got all the info needed and was able to take it from there and solve it all i had to do was refresh the screen from my side and it was fixed Better support than I have experienced from any larger corporate business partner

I purchased a downloaded copy of MS

I purchased a downloaded copy of MS Office 2021 Home -- the download took a while since it s a big file but installed fairly quickly There was a problem with the activation code and the PC Sales Online support staff provided info and quickly fixed the problem by contacting Microsoft I give them 5 stars for great customer support but only 4 stars overall because a problem did occur with the activation code Since customer support can fix problems but without great customer support it can be difficult ot fix problems so I end up giving them 5 stars

Great price instructions very clear easy to follow downloaded office 2019 activated via phone all done in 10-15minutes It would even be better if they could mention to create a MS account like outlook or hotmail com before the DL Install process - I will for sure continue to buy next time
