Waiting game with customer service
In mid September I was in Hamburg buying a black dress in Peek and Cloppenburg I tried it with a black top under so I didn t realized there was a whole in the back of the dress until I came home I live in Denmark so I hoped the store would return the money with the receipt and a picture of the defect piece of clothes As it was not an expensive dress This was not an option with Peek Cloppenburgs customer service So I send the dress to them which was quite expensive in postage but I thought they could maybe send me another dress without a hole Unfortunately there were no more dresses and now a long waiting game started First they said they would return the money but nothing happened After reminding them a couple of times I finally got a mail saying that they unfortunately had not processed my request as they needed further bank information from me I send them the bank information they needed and now we have mid January and I have still not received the money 4 months after I am so disappointed with the customer service and I am not sure I will buy anything in this store again or recommend it to any of my friends

I ordered 2 items and received only one The trouble I had to go through to get my money back is really disappointing They even told me I had received both items As if I would go through all the trouble to email them if I would have received my order correctly I will never order or shop at Peek Cloppenburg again and I do not recommend their services to anyone I never send reviews - but this time I had to let other shoppers know about this experience

Estimated delivery 2-4 working days Don t be fooled It been almost a month and I am still waiting I wanted to cancel right after my purchase and I swear I was very quick and they said no they are too quick with the deliveries and it is too late Funny because they are not quick at all They don t cancel the order they don t say where my order is it s been almost a month and I will definitely find a way to make a complaint Terrible experience Never again

Very poor experience
Very poor experience I buy 3 jumpers from them get information that two of Ralph were sended and Tommy will be sended later next day ive got mail with information that they dont have one of ralph jumpers and they will not send that instead they will send that Tommy Jumper immediately You pay for something and after couple of days they realize they dont have something on stock Its a joke We ll see when they give back money

Impossible to deal with
The problem with companies like this is that when all goes well you don t get a true feel of how they will support you when things go wrong This time things have gone wrong and their service is impossible One of the packages delivered was missing an item listed on the packing slip I am current 200 lighter for a product I paid for but never received and their customer service is impossible to deal with No responses to contact and when you finally are able to get in touch over the phone the advisors are unable to help They do not follow up or follow through on the actions they promise to take It has been nearly two weeks since my first contact and I have no idea on the status of my request As such I have had to dispute the transaction through the payment provider instead It seems this is the only way to make sure you get your money back I will never order from them again and would recommend others to do the same I m sure there are plenty of companies out there that offer similar products for similar prices but offer better support when things go wrong

Sell second hand product
I paid 150 for a Ralph Lauren sweatshirt and what I got was a shirt without a tag hair on the outside of the shirt and it smells like someone has worn it for a while Don t waste your money on this flea market

Theft No refund and no customer service
Order two items from the webshop Returned them in within a month they received the item at their warehouse and accepted the return However refund hasn t been processed even 6 weeks after they received the return shipment They ignored two emails and the call center doesn t know have an answer

Worst buying experience
Worst buying experience We ordered a dress and paid after a while we received a message that the shipment does not meet our dispatch conditions I wrote to Peek Cloppenburg both on Facebook and also on Instagram but I didn t get an answer either Today we received an answer that the dress had been given to someone else Where does such a practice exist Total madness The most common and normal practice is to place the package when there is free space pack in another suitable package or to send the purchased item to the buyer by courier Looking at the other reviews one has to wonder if the money will be returned at all
