The delivery on the website was 2-3 days and in reality it took 10 days Very rude customer service and no professionalism I ll never buy from them again

Looks like a scam

They have a support phone number in Romania 40312296007 I called them 5 times waiting 10 minutes in line each time After 10 minutes the system disconnects the call There is no customer representative it s just a number they booked and an audio recording Their website has a bug it does not allow Romanian zip codes for Invoicing address just Hungarian ones

I ordered an item with next-day delivery but after five days the tracking status still showed as order accepted I had to contact Customer Services and after almost pleading for an express delivery with any courier I was told that they were unable to modify the courier in the system This is unacceptable zero customer service Vivien who I spoke to on the phone listed all the things they couldn t do but failed to offer any solution for the company s mistake As a result my nephew was left without a birthday present all because Pepita couldn t manage a next-day delivery after five days Mistakes can happen but good companies make an effort to correct them and keep their customers happy Sadly Pepita has a lot to learn in that regard I will not be returning to shop with you

Absolute rip off avoid as much as possible

This company is really the lowest quality of big middleman markets They only care about taking your hard-earned money for very poor and very low quality items I have ordered 2 furnite they both arrived broken I had to chase them and still chasing them to send back something that arrived already broken and they make it really hard and with veeeery unhelpful service Alot of copy and paste messages of getting my parcel ready for pick-up for a month now It s ridicolous what big companies can get away with sadly this is how the world is working now and the signs showing that were not heading in the right direction i would urge everyone not to purchase from this company as everyone deserve much better for their hard-earned money I m sour for how much effort i have to put into to sending back something which was a pile of rubbish and broken as well Still waiting to have it picked up after literally a month of ME chasing them and absolutely not the other way around Theyre not apologetic either

Horrible experience I ordered from them about 2 weeks ago and it seems as if they completely lost my package I tried writing an email to them asking for help but once I did they said no order exists with my comfirmation number Total lies They are just refusing to take accountability I would not reccommend this company and stay away from it like wildfire Based on other reviews this seems to be a common occurance Stay away

This company operates at a shockingly low standard for a large marketplace There is little focus on quality or customer satisfaction only on profiting from items that are often poorly made An apple grinder was purchased which arrived with both the grinder and motor broken Since delivery I have faced a frustrating process just to initiate a return with the company providing minimal assistance Repeatedly they ve responded with generic automated messages claiming the parcel is being prepared for pick up but a month has passed with no action

Beware of false Black Friday offers

Beware of false Black Friday offers I ordered a product for which I received more information as if I had canceled the order as if the product is no longer in stock or the strongest explanation that I cannot fulfill the order at the price displayed on the website
