Just got this meal plan this weekend

Just got this meal plan this weekend and so far so good The options to swap out foods I don t like or can t have are simple enough to use and the variety of foods is nice My biggest issues come down to a couple things 1 Why do I need 100g of scallions for an omlette That s way more than is necessary That s absolutely overpowering for a single omlette made with 4 eggs even 2 200g of collard greens for a salad That s a salad for like five people 50g of any kind of leafy green is enough for a single person This meal also had 100g of scallions in addition to the 200g of collard greens and that s just an absurd amount of any kind of food 3 Navigation in the website could use a lot of work Going into a recipe to look at what I need for my meal is fine but if I want to go back to Week 3 Thursday meal I am made to navigate back to Week 1 Current Day of Week then click on Week 2 in order to have access to Week 3 s tab 4 Printing the shopping list should give us the option for 1-4 weeks worth of food to print off as opposed to all 4 weeks by default I can t buy leafy greens this week and keep them for a whole month for a recipe at the end of the 4-week plan 5 Similarly it would be amazing to be able to print off all the recipes for the week and be able to read them when printed When I tried to print it off it was shrunk down to the point where I couldn t read it without a magnifying glass I like to prep my meals on the weekends or mid-week if necessary but having to navigate screens for five different meals with the above issue is more trouble than it is worth I ve emailed about these issues already and have not received a response yet so I m hoping my review will prompt a quicker response to some of these concerns

I wish I had checked out reviews before signing up I want to cancel my account but there is no way to cancel it online I have emailed waiting for a response so hopefully they ll cancel it soon

Was not sent the plan until after I left bad review

Never sent the plan Customer Service didn t respond until after I made my original post on Trust PilotWhen they finally got back to me they claimed they sent the email 2 hours after I purchased the plan I made 7 attempts to try to access my plan I should have checked my spam box I had been checking email and spam every 4 hours It had never been sent This time they at least included the link The link was ridiculous It have you one to 4 ingredients to eat at what meal snack No proportions And on top of it they claim it to be a customized menu but I requested gluten free and on each of the first three days either bread or spaghetti was on my menu SCAM This is a scam I better get my money back

This looks like it could be a great plan but the initial price doesn t include the workout plan I did end up spending the extra amount to get it The meal plan has a ton of variety So much so I priced out a week of groceries and it was over 200 dollars just for myself which is wildly out of my budget

Not What They Say They Are

When I signed up for this program I thought I d get much more support than I did You can never talk with anyone by phone only by email They offer some suggestions but are only somewhat helpful In June about 3 months after I signed up I went to the app and was told my subscription had expired I deleted the app and thought that was it I had achieved some success albeit slowly Hearing nothing from the company for the next three months I just got a bill for another 6 months subscription in September How can they renew charges when they said my subscription had expired Lots of money charged and no service Don t waste your money on this plan People who are in charge of program are in Europe

waste of money

The meal plans are hard to adjust and unreasonable You can t make up your own meals using there guidelines I thought it came with some basic workouts and workout tracking but that is and upgrade Basically all it is good for is tracking your steps weight water intake and sleep habits i can do that without paying them

Help Contact Lacking

Appears to be easy to use however the Change Meal button stopped working so changing the meal selection could not be accessed There does not appear to be an easy way to contact for assistance

Lacks flexibility with food options

Not being able to add a replacement meal to keep track of calories is frustrating No flexibility when I do not like the options for meals Not being able to add my workouts that are managed by other apps would cost additional money to combine within perfectbody I have to select a date but this is ongoing
