I have enjoyed your recipes the most

I have enjoyed your recipes the most I also believe the set up makes it easy to use the app particularly because of not having to count calories this is a big plus for me as I am busy with work I have scored one star les than last time as I have noticed my favourite recipes have disappeared after the 4 week reset I am quite disappointed about that and hope they will return at some point

I am enjoying the meal planning

I am enjoying the meal planning there is some strange stuff to buy but I bought most of it from Walmart and at Nutritional place I also enjoyed the staff helping me understand the plan better and the reason why my plan is different from others And the super foods and adding protein powder makes me full and I don t crave sugar as much some people refuse to use fake sugar but using Stevia makes stuff taste good And no points or counting I don t do the exercise I go to the gym and do senior water aerobics three times a week In one week I lost 4 lbs sure it s water weight but I will continue on this program so far it s working for me

This is a great app

This is a great app It could use a few tweaks but I love it for a health and fitness plan accountability My favorite feature is the daily meal planner The meals are very nutritious simple to make and delicious It gives the amount you should be eating I find it so helpful It would be nice to to edit input your steps instead of just being able to sync it with a step tracker

Mostly good experience

I struggled with finding cooking a more Mediterranean recipes since that is not what I grew up cooking I love that the app does the counting carbs fat protein for me Down side is meals use a lot of different ingredients weekly I would prefer variations of using same ingredients throughout the week i e quinoa barley brown rice whole wheat pasta all in the same week I also would like a way to put in foods I ate off the meal plan like at celebrations holidays

I have not found this app to be difficult to use with success

I have not found this app to be user-friendly and the menu selection is too expensive I have attempted to cancel without success Beware of apps that do not make cancellation simple Customer service is slow to nonexistent It is September 2023 and waiting to see whether account has been deactivated

Great tool for monitoring water intake

Great tool for monitoring water intake and daily physical movement I m sure the meal plans are also fantastic yet I have chosen to align my meals and timing of my meals to best suit my health requirements so for this reason havnt been using the meal planning side of the app Still a very helpful tool

Food and exercise

Advice on foods to eat and general exercise are good Would prefer not see links via Perfect Body to organizations outside the group including lengthy videos to view etc An extra fee is charged if you take up offers from these sources

Best Program I ve Ever Tried I ve tried them all

The menus and recipes are easy to follow and very helpful for staying on track Responses to my inquiries are quick It would be nice to track alternate forms of exercise or to have the option to change individual ingredients such as cashews when it calls for almonds But I understand the challenge of building in that level of flexibility so it s not a huge detriment I ve lost about 20 pounds in 2 months so I m pleased
