Not great variety if recipies

Not great variety if recipies no salads no veggie creams The work outs don t seem appealing Does not allow to log other exercises

The meal plans are easy to follow

The meal plans are easy to follow I liked that I could swap out individual ingredients Now they have changed and I can not do that I have to swap entire meals I also don t like that almost every meal requires a protein powder supplement Please go back to the previous meal plans or let customers choose yo swap ingredients again

Meal Plans just a bit impractical

the app is easy to use but the meal plans are not helpful i don t really have upto 2 1 2 hours to spend preparing meals and snacks A lot of the meals involve things that i just don t have to hand and i don t think i ve seen catfish fillets in UK shops It s just a bit impractical

What I like The food has great flavor and the options to choose a different food Website is user friendly Subscription price are reasonable What I dislike I have to hunt down the ingredients on Amazon I can t seem to find where I can cancel my subscription if I decided too

Not able to report my plan

I m not using the meal plan exactly as it is presented so there is not a way to report what I did eat during the course of the day Same problem with the exercise portion I participate in exercise classes in the community but there is no way to report my time spent

The menu plan chosen for me is very different from what I had normally been eating I have lost weight slowly but I am over 65 so that is understandable I do like the shopping list feature but can t afford all I m recommended to buy

Could not keep to it because of vacation

I liked it fine but I have been on holiday in Crete for the last two weeks I did a lot of walking - more than 10 000 steps on several occasions only ate breakfast and dinner and put on 14 lbs so now weigh more than when I started I will have to put greater effort into following your advice

I was impressed that this diet has you making your own meals not eating packGed food thT is sent in a box I have so far lost 5 lbs Yes it is slow but I believe this is the best way I am not hungry In fact I am so full that I have to skip some morning and evening snacks There are some items that I do not like For instance buckwheat soy and barley I don t normally eat these Suggest that you provide alternatives to choose for those
