This app is making me change my life weight and eating The shopping list makes it easy and within the first week I lost 10 pounds I look forward to going in each day and seeing what my new meal will be and if il Like it I can adjust as needed and have found some staples favorites

I didn t start my program right away But I have recently completed my first week and in the middle of my second week I feel the program is easy to use but it almost feels like too much food for me I ve lost 4 lbs in the first week I ll complete the program and report on my final weight loss then If I can t eat all of the food will that sabotage my results Other than too much food I like the program All the work is done for me The recipes are good My scale batteries expired so I m figuring my measuring out but all in all it s working
