I feel so much better

I LOVE this app I am a person who needs to see and have tangible goals and being able to checkmark the daily progress of each goal is one of the main things that is working for me The meal plan is great the workouts are perfect and keeping track of my water intake steps and weight loss all within this one app is amazing The one feature I would like to see added would be a place to keep extra notes such as replaced the turkey in this meal for chicken drank 2 extra glasses of water etcI would also like to be able to note that I rode my bike or swam in place of the 10 000 steps I ve been following this plan for a month feel MUCH better feel like my eating is under control and have lost several pounds and inches Thank you

I love this program

I love this program it s easy to follow to swap out meals for others or favourites I would love a place to put in my own exercise record also if I m having a bad day as in health wise for my record A list of things you swap out for eg kale for spinach But they are minor details otherwise I am very happy with my results so far

Even a little goes a long way

I only had to lose a bit of weight but glad I decided to get on this plan before my weight got out of hand I ve learned to eat healthier with this diet plan it gave me many options and my husband enjoyed it too I will continue to follow it to help keep my weight down and enjoy the nutritious meals I will share my experiences with my family and friends Mahalo

I m so glad I read these reviews I had actually attempted to purchase a plan but for some miraculous reason my CC info did not process and I was prompted to try later I was under the impression workouts were included not as an add on cost And I m sure glad I don t have to buy a bunch of fancy ingredients The huge difference between the good and bad reviews are also a concern for me Thank you trustpilot com

Excellent meal plan

This is my second week on the program My interactions with the support service has been excellent fast efficient The meal program and choices have been very convenient However I lost 3 pounds in 10 days The meal plan is excellent and caters to various tastes with plenty of choices which I appreciate very much

Worked for me

I have a lot of allergies and found their system really helpful for me to avoid the foods I could not eat at the same time being conscious of trying to lose weight I have not been able to find this with other programs Unfortunately I had to stop due to pressing medical issues but will come back when I can

A simple but very effective meal plan

I have to say this is the best plan I have ever come across There is so much variety and ease of preparation with all my favorite foods and no expensive add-ons I really like the option to change meals and mark favorites I used to avoid snacking but now I m naturally hungry between meals and snacks are most welcome even if I only eat one during the day I don t have to spend 2 hours batch cooking on Sunday and I don t waste as much food My grocery bill is much less too Best of all I can feel my eating habits changing for the better and I feel more at peace

An exceptional experience with Dancebit

The support and encouragement I received from Dancebit was exceptional After being seriously ill I was unable to walk properly when I recovered After physiotherapy and perseverance I started my course Although I did not do my exercises as regularly as I should have I still feel great after completing this course Many sincere thanks to the understanding of the Dancebit Team who were always there to assist At 85 years old I am now feeling great again

Perfect Body - Love the program

Perfect Body is so easy to follow I appreciate the questions asked about what I enjoy eating and getting a meal plan with those taken into consideration I also love the fact you can substitute any meal or snack with something else All of the recipes give you the amount of time they will take to make so it s easy even if you have very limited time The shopping list also makes it so convenient for you to buy your groceries Thank you for finding me
