I like the app in general

I like the app in general It would be better if you could go back to previous days to log in data I dont always get to it to log water etc it would also be better if I could access meals after choosing them-such as previous days Sometimes I accidentally change the meal then can t get the original one back Also I would like fish as an option more often-other than salmon-I hate salmon There are way too many meals with quinoa and buckwheat

Weekly diet recipes are helpful I will not be taking the exercise program as part of my program I have chronic pain symptoms from a cervical and lumbar accident in 2000 Stretching causes cramping in my arms and legs I use a roller for exercising and adjusting my back daily At 68 I am doing fine Your diet information is what I was looking for Thankyou

A great tool for overall health

It is great for tracking multiple things calories protein fiber workouts calorie burn hydration sleep I like the workouts a lot They are quick and effective I love the meals too but after a few weeks it seems to lack variety especially for the dinners

Knowing that you are there encouraging me helped a lot I liked the idea of the recipes which gives me ideas to use vegetables in an interesting way too

I like not having sugary foods

I like the menu You include several grains I hadn t tried before but found that I like It s nice to have a grocery list and good to be able to exchange meals I never feel hungry and after the initial sugar withdrawal I don t miss sugary foods I would like more portable meals I am traveling a lot and need to pack my breakfast and lunch on those days

Good results in about a month

Losing more weight on this plan in one month than in 5 months of Noom I like how it shows how many calories you have eaten and how many to finish your daily allowance I don t like the measurements in grams--too much conversion for me I also can t afford cuts of meat like boneless skinless chicken I am looking for a salmon option not smoked I need to work with your shopping list as it may tell me brands I depend on what s affordable

Useful app but just needs a little tweek

The different aspects are great workouts are constructed well Diet plan is easy to follow but being in the UK the cup measurements are very strange for non-liquid items Also the ingredients could be listed in order of being used in the recipe

Overall very happy and glad I took the leap

I ve really enjoyed experiencing new foods and food combinations that I would not have normally tried I find the meals very satisfying I like that foods are repeated in different ways so I don t have a lot of food waste The website needs improvement though and can be frustrating I recently retook the starting survey and although I asked that the meal plan not reset until a later date it reset immediately and wiped out the current week meal plan for which I had already purchased groceries One last note I love the shopping list It makes food shopping so easy Thank you

I have enjoyed your recipes the most

I have enjoyed your recipes the most I also believe the set up makes it easy to use the app particularly because of not having to count calories this is a big plus for me as I am busy with work I have scored one star les than last time as I have noticed my favourite recipes have disappeared after the 4 week reset I am quite disappointed about that and hope they will return at some point

I am enjoying the meal planning

I am enjoying the meal planning there is some strange stuff to buy but I bought most of it from Walmart and at Nutritional place I also enjoyed the staff helping me understand the plan better and the reason why my plan is different from others And the super foods and adding protein powder makes me full and I don t crave sugar as much some people refuse to use fake sugar but using Stevia makes stuff taste good And no points or counting I don t do the exercise I go to the gym and do senior water aerobics three times a week In one week I lost 4 lbs sure it s water weight but I will continue on this program so far it s working for me
