If I could give 0 stars I would This company is a fraud My card was charged but my order never shipped When I tried to send an email to reach Customer Service provided on their website the email comes back as undeliverable If you try to call it goes to a random voice mail and today when I tried to log on to the website I got a message on my computer that this is a malicious website I m disputing the purchase through PayPay however they haven t been much help VERY frustrated Do not buy from this company

Hi perfectdealzOn the 16 23 55 I placed an order PD75162 to the amount of 1722 00 unfortunately round about 07 55 I received a bad call about the passing of my mother Confused as I was I contacted the bank wanting to know if I can reverse the money as I had to go to Mpumalanga Suddenly a guy working at perfectdeals contacted me confirming my order and I explained to him my problem He directed my call to Renate who was so kind and sympathetic at my situation I explained to her why I was canceling the order at that moment due to unforseen circumstances She asked me email my bank account details I did so Up to now I haven t received any response from her personally because she gave me her email address which I emailed to her I m so devastated because I had to make ends meet now because I m waiting for the refund and I don t get any feedback I was hoping to do more business with perfectdealz but I m no longer sure if I will be doing the right thing for now Concerned customer Nomsa

They are fraud website They tooked money but I didnt receive my item I was sending few emails to them but only automatic answer I started ask about my item on Facebook in comments but if course I been blocked by some fraud I opened case on PayPal
