After 3 weeks we still have not

After 3 weeks we still have not received our order We email the info address but no reply as of yet

Terrible terrible experience

Waited months for the joggers to come back in stock Ordered them the day they came back in stock with the matching top Waited 2 weeks finally says it s been shipped Then a refund processed for the joggers But only the joggers so they re insisting on sending the hoodie which I don t want on its own I only wanted as a matching set

Not sure if the translation from english to german its accurate but i just asked about my delivery which it says 3-5 working days to be delivery and asked about the process for a refund and return and the worker just cancelled my order out I waited 3 4 months to be able to buy what i was looking for and at the end was cancelled from someone that misunderstood my email Also the fact you have to pay delivery for orders above 150 its actually crazy

If you re prepared to wait over a month for your items then I would order but if not don t bother Ordered on 26th of November for a Christmas present and it didn t come till the very end of December
