My dog escaped our front yard and wriggled out of her collar when a neighbor tried to grab her She ran far from our neighborhood and into someone s home with no identification This kind person called animal control who was able to scan her on the spot get our information and bring her directly home Petlink works

My beloved fur baby Stranger has not gotten lost but just checking to see if PetLink really worked in the event that he did we decided to test get out We were eating mediately notified that stranger was Lost and Found We were definitely impressed by the speed and accuracy Way to go guys Keep up the good work Definitely interested in getting our second dog Missie microchipped as well

Family vacation saved

On family vacation our senior Boston Terrier explored a bit too far and got lost from the house He is deaf and basically blind so we were a tad panicked to say the least Totally forgetting we had him microchipped we received a call only an hour and half later from the local area s vet that Butch had been found I honestly thought the microchipping was a waste when we first had it done but now am beyond grateful Everyone in the family will be getting chipped this week

Reunited quickly

I never had an animal chipped before But it certainly came in handy this time when Penelope got out Within a few minutes of posting her being missing somebody caught her and had contacted Animal Control They in turn scan the chip and were able to get a hold of me through various means and I was reunited with Penelope

I have always had excellent service from Petlink Often they have called me before I had even realized she had escaped She has a dog door to backyard I also have fabulous neighbors who have called and let Petlink know they have her I was recently in London and received a call that someone had found her Between Petlink and my neighbor the story resolved with a resounding success

Alaska was found

Hello our dog Alaska was lost for more or less 2 hours she arrived at someone s house and they took her to a nearby veterinarian there they scanned her microchip and contacted me I was very distressed but I knew she had her microchip Thank you

PetLink is the best thing you ll never

PetLink is the best thing you ll never know you need I signed up as a precautionary measure a few years ago and it wasn t until I needed it did I realize how critical they are to use Our dog was being cared for by family members and when he got out it was PetLink that let us know he was found by a local shelter We did not receive any calls from our family or the shelter so we wouldn t have known otherwise He had be lost for almost 2 hours before we got the email so who knows how long before we would have heard elsewhere Thank you PetLink for keeping watch of our doggo

Petlink has outdate info they refuse to change

I am updating my opinion to reflect the help I received this morning updating my information The microchip for the Pet is awesome The website itself is terrible People move people by homes people loose homes We should not have to call Pet link or email them to update our personal information The microchip number doesn t change but our personal information does as customers we should be allowed to update it on our own and that is my suggestion

Very helpful in retrieving our pup In fact we were home and had no idea the young guy went on a neighborhood excursion It was the text message from PetLink that was our first indication something was amiss and a huge relief when we realized that through that text he was safe Great follow-up after the fact
