So much more than an organisation

What can I say The support I ve had from David and Linda has been amazing I can t express how they made me feel at a time I was lacking so much confidence I ve gone from getting nothing to standard daily living at MR to today getting enhanced for both before a tribunal was set I sent in tons of evidence so make sure you have that but got me it was the belief from David and Linda and their kindness and now friendship that helped me the most

WHERE S THE EXTRA STAR TO GIVE THEM SIX UPDATE At long last I have been awarded PIP enhanced Daily Living and Enhanced Mobility AND FOR 4 YEARS Without the help of David and Kim I am convinced I would have been turned down yet again There have been times when I have felt so low I felt life wasn t worth carrying on with Yet David and Kim were always there for me at the end of the phone day or night Each to their own but my advice to anyone who is wondering whether they should be using this amazing organisation is absolutely 100 YES Thank you so much David and Kim not only for supporting me but also for believing in me I will forever be grateful to you both x

I really don t know where to begin Julie sohna is the most amazing patient and kind lady I have ever had the pleasure of talking to She worked so hard and was so so patient with me She answered any question I had however daft I felt it might be Today was my tribunal where the end result was the best I could have imagined I wouldnt have stood half a chance without Julie You are amazing

Very helpful and reassuring

From the start of my journey getting help from PIP HELP CIC I found the advice very helpful and was reassured by David I had a lovely lady called Julie help me with my tribunal appeal I don t think I would have won it without the help from her I would definately recommend this company if you are needing the help

From our initial phone call with David I new we was in the right place he was so helpful and explained everything so clearly it really put us at ease and then we was passed over to Julie Wow what a incredible lady she guided us though the whole process and worked tirelessly to put together a very strong cases She spent time really getting to understand how my condition affects me and my life and honesty it s the first time I have felt heard and understood She has been by our side though the whole process all the way up until the tribunal and the case was so strong and well put together we won within seconds of the tribunal starting We would never have been able to do this with out Julie We are so so very grateful to her for all her hard work time and kindness though out the process We will be forever grateful to her so thank you Agen

Amazing people with the best support

The service provided was excellent I m not good at explaining and getting my views over the right way After speaking with David he put me at ease and for the first time I felt comfortable explaining my issues Following the lengthy consultation I felt having the support was the way to go So I did Iwas allocated Annie who was also amazing we talked through the claims process and evidence Medical reports how I m affected And was assisted in completing the claim for boy was I confused but thanks to Annie I got through it The completed form was sent off I didn t have any ecptations but was supported always Annie was only a message or a call away Day of my assessment Annie was present Suporting me My application was approved One thing I will say is be open and honest

Taking over my case

Taking over my case after being unsuccessful with the PIP application and Mandatory Reconsideration I was so upset with the decision as I have to live with my condition 24 7 Just sent the forms backs to sign Been very understanding and we will see how things progress Thank you
