I have to resize my images every time I use this website Then I have to resize again because the quality image I use from downloading the image is too low for my Etsy store This is very time consuming to do

CUstomer Service Well to be honest doesn t exist I tried to call and email Never a Response Second One of your employees printed my design incorrectly It was way off touching the pocket on the sweatshirt Never got a response to whether or not i can get a replacement Please work on Customer Service There are people out there like myself trying to start their own business and want there customers to be satisfactory with their products It hurts when we put our time and effort into something for it to be ruined from someone else s laziness We are all trying to make money Why can t we make it the right way A satisfactory Partnership

Being scammed for 12 dollar even with proof of payments

When it comes to envato in general i love it Themeforest is amazing but Placeit net is something totally different I ve paid for a monthly subscription been deducted from PayPal balance but didn t get the subscription After talking with a customer care employee on chat which also isn t available most of the time I finally got to get a reimbursement although I thought Now nearly 20 hours later sending messages with proof of purchase from PayPal and my private bank statements they still say that I haven t paid Its just 12 dollar a month but hey come on I work for that money too Don t scam me out of my hard earned cash

Designer part falls flat

I subscribed to Placeit mainly to use it for designing text T Shirts What a mistake While the main original part works great where you put your design on on of their shirts the designer part is lacking terribly What a shame

Can t get wanted designs

Whenever I tried to find a design about sewing I had to go through too many steps Making a template seemed too complicated Kept getting knocked off At the end I was asked to join but was already a member Lost my design

Disappointed

I m a little disappointed with this service due to the limited range of mockups I was hoping to find some blank wall interiors for me to hang my unframed wall decor I just need some blank walls with furniture so I can scale my work But most of the mock ups are for framed work Equally there is a shortage of square frames for photographic work Also limited on square greetings cards I have requested these but no feedback from that request service I won t be renewing my subscription unless the range of mockups are diversified Not everyone needs T-Shirts

Doesn t have enough of what I m looking for

There s too many edgy looking models for my business Also photo quality isn t always the best and many pictures are either too distant or angled oddly for placing designs And to the reply I went through pages and pages trying to look for something that would work and it was just more of the same styles

The reason the review is so low is because I can not get in contact with anyone to see how to do certain things on the site I have other apps and they are a lot more user friendly and the help desk is easier to get to I m trying to put my logo on multiple spots on one item and I can not figure out how to do it
