Difficult to use for me

Difficult to use for me I m computer literate but not super tech-savvy so I m partly to blame One problem I had was navigating through all the choices -- they all seemed to have young folks doing young folk things or tennis shoes or hamburgers I need something less specific or more easily modifiable to meet my product

I love the service but where are the Black models

I am a new business owner I ve created four t-shirt designs so far but I have already used all the Black models that work for my products When I go on Amazon I see those very same models wearing other clothing I am paying the same money as everyone else but not getting the same access to the types of models I need

The service itself looks solid but the customer support is awful Fingers crossed you never need to contact them

The platform seems pretty good Unfortunately I ve only been able to use the service 1 day out of the 2 weeks i ve been subscribed due to honestly the worst customer service email back-and-forth I ve ever had with any online service Only after two weeks was the very simple issue of re-enabling my account finally been solved I think I might have spoken to at least 5 different customer support reps at least it seems that way Disappointed

Place It disillusionment

The idea of starting Place it is very good But after that gets spoiled I find this application not developed enough for the price paid I would have liked to have been able to change a number of parameters myself Number of letters on a line add text lines add other inlays I thought all these limitations were due to the free mode so I subscribed and it didn t change anything except the absence of the Place it logo It s expensive the Logo I m really disappointed with Place it

Great mock up disappointing design

I love and appreciate the high quality mock-up but I am disappointed that there is not enough function to customize texts or replace images on logo or designs I was spoiled by varieties of customization on canva but decided to go with Place it in expectation to be the one-stop platform for my designs and mock-ups Unfortunately Placeit is still way way behind Canva as designing tools

Poor customer support experience they do not delete my credit card information

Update my request finally resolved on May 10th Thank you Two stars for the customers support service except Customer Success Supervisor the only person who was able to help me after my feedback here My previous review was deleted so I am reposting it I provided my email address after the review but nobody has contacted me yet It s been about 20 days since my first request and my issue is still unresolved Despite being assured by their client support that everything was okay and that I just have to wait for a couple of days The service turned out to be even worse than I expected As a result I have no intention of using their site again After three attempts to resolve my issue through PlaceIt customer support I am compelled to leave a negative review here I recently had an unfortunate experience with Envato s customer support and their PlaceIt service I requested to have my credit card removed from my account and initially I was assured by one of their customer success specialists that it was done However to my disappointment my credit card information was still visible on the website I then contacted another customer support representative informed me that the only way to remove my credit card was to delete my entire account and provided me with an email address for further assistance But when I reached out to that email address I was redirected back to PlaceIt support as they have separate support systems within the Envato Family I found it frustrating that both of my issues remained unresolved despite seeking assistance from customer support multiple times I requested a refund of my money if possible as I had not use any services other than customer support which was not successful in resolving my issues The response I received from PlaceIt s customer support acknowledged that my credit card information had been deleted but attributed the issue to the information not getting automatically updated on my side even though I had cleared my cookies and cache multiple times from different browsers It has been five days since my initial request and my credit card information is still visible on my account Despite their attempt to rectify the situation I am disappointed with the lack of resolution and the inconvenience this has caused me I appreciate their offer to provide guidance on how to use the site but at this point I am left with no option other than to proceed with closing my account and request a refund if possible In conclusion my experience with Envato and PlaceIt has been frustrating and disappointing The inability to remove my credit card information from my account despite assurances from customer support and the redirection between different support systems within the Envato Family has been inconvenient and unsatisfactory I hope that Envato takes steps to improve their customer support and account management processes to prevent similar issues for other users in the future I will share my e-mail again if needed my ticket number is 419928 I would like to delete my account completely please even if my subscription is not over and I do not need any refund

Glitchy glitchy glitchy

Pros - most useful budget-friendly and comprehensive mockup tool currently out there- friendly and fairly prompt customer supportCons everything elseThe site system is HORRIBLY GLITCHY I paused my account for a few weeks when contacting support to resume it was told no such account could be found Yet when I used the same email address to Sign Up it said the email address already exists So the lesson here is to never pause your account and keep paying even if you just dont need to use the site I ve tried both the accounts I signed up with and still no luck Sad thing is I have a bunch of drafts that will now most likely remain unused Keenly awaiting a glitch-free equivalent to this mess of a site- software geeks where you at

If you can find another company I would try them and avoid place it Over all I had no issues with this

Over all I had no issues with this company I think they have decent designs I do believe they could have more options They have a lot of the same repetitive mock ups My issue is when I ve been paying a monthly membership and without asking me They turned around and charged my card for a year membership That was wrong You cannot just charge people for things they never signed up for or asked for It totally pissed me off and they will tell you they can give you a partial refund No how about you give the whole refund when you committed fraud anyway

My Response to Placeit Trustpilot Today is Oct 17 2023 I DID receive my refund and I changed my rating yet I never receive the email I did change my rating because if I didn t put this review on trustpilot I wouldn t have gotten a response So with that said I cannot give you more then a 2 because no one responded to me by email DONOT USE PLACEIT there s many AI mock-up platforms out there If I could rate this a 0 I would I been using Placeit for years off and on I was looking for VIDEO mock ups for a particular product that Placeit don t have and I looked nonstop Since they didn t have it I requested a refund yet NO ONE WILL RESPONDED ABOUT THE REFUND I did get a response from Roni who sent me a link to look at yet there is not VIDEO MOCK-UPS OF IPHONE CASES only PHOTO MOCK-UPS I requested a refund yet they won t give me my money back I guess I need to go thru my bank I will also contact the better business bureauDON T PAY TO USE PLACEIT FOR MOCK-UPS BECAUSE IF YOU REALIZE THEY DON T HAVE WHAT YOU WANT THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY
