I did what everyone else did got the yearly when I meant to get the monthly subscription I was VERY nervous after reading reviews from others about not hearing back but I did email and beg for a refund They obliged and refunded my all but one month what I asked for It took a few days but I checked this morning and the refund is in there Thank god Again only complaint is the time it took but I m grateful I got it back

Fast and professional customer support

I had a yearly subscription to Placeit and because of different personal circumstances I haven t used their services in a while and I totally forgot to cancel my subscription As the time for renewal came the money was withdrawn from my account I contacted support and explained my situation and I got a refund in a matter of minutes How awesome and professional is that I rarely have this kind of positive experience with online services so I would definitely recommend Placeit to everyone Their designs mockups and logos are also amazing and I will definitely use their services again in the future when I need them

This was a great service to use for my T-shirt business The models are realistic and attractive there are many to chose from and the backgrounds and poses are dynamic The service is so easy to learn and use There are many more options that the website offers that I plan to use in the future Customer service was very responsive to a billing issue I had also

Using Placeit s t-shirt mockups

I use Placeit for clothing mockups mostly t-shirts and hats for my bike shop They are always adding new models and backgrounds which is helpful since I don t always change my designs I agree with some of the other users as it is a little confusing when signing up the price says 7 47 but that is if you pay up front for the whole year I actually subscribed for a month and then changed to the yearly plan because i was using it more than I thought

Best investment for those starting out in e-commerce and needing to look professional on a low budget

I was always looking to get this for my store but was trying to save costs in the beginning After about a week of debating I decided this would be a good investment for the future and to stop cutting costs Literally after 2 days of getting all my products updated with mock-ups from placeit I got my first sale My store at this point was open for almost 3 weeks at this point but having better mockups from here was literally a game changer for me I bought the annual subscription and I ve already made back this investment I 100 recommend them They already have such a wide variety whether for apparel digital products or if you just want design ideas They are also adding mock ups often so you never really have to reuse unless you found one that you really love and want to reuse Will continue to use place it for my business Hoping to see them add more embroidery clothing mock ups mostly hats bags etc are there currently at the time of this review in the future but for everything else POD they are awesome
