Great website but it seems nobody s home

Well so far it s not at all good I bought some merch from them five days agoand was expecting info on shipping As I have had nothing since the automated response I decided to contact them - they say they have excellent customer service This is proving impossible Emails come back as undeliverable and the phone rings out I texted them but so far nothing Checking on here and seeing the reviews which I should have checked before I think I might need to ask my bank to raise a dispute It s a swanky website and I love the stuff they promote but seems like it might not actually exist

This place has to be a scam

I placed an order back in September for a special edition Monopoly game They never shipped my item I emailed them asking where my item was and they stated that they are checking to see if the item is in stock It s now November I emailed them again and they keep apologizing and giving me the run around on this item I asked for a refund before disputing with my bank They stated that they were going to ship the item the next week This place has to be a scam It s not a legitimate place I would advise shopping here

We bought the 150cm Tintin Rocket and had read the reviews here I was a little concerned however everything went very well fromt he outset with fast responses on whatsapp only messaging no call and the product was in stock so delivery was 2 weeks to Netherlands as promised No complaints whatsoever The rocket is beautiful and genuine I am very pleased with the purchase and the service
