I was looking for a psychologist for quite a long period of time I can t say that I immidietely trusted the variants that Pleso provided me with after a short test So I just looked through all the specialists on the platform until I found one whose short discription of his work matched my needs And that was a perfect match I once had to contact their support team due to a payment issue and they helped my solve it literally in 5 minutes Pleso has built-in video call system I liked it as there were no inconviences with sending links to Zoom or Google Meet You just open your schedule see a link and join I wish there was a function to chat with your therapist right there For example if they have to send you some files or pictures or if you want to ask your therapist to start next session not at 14 00 but at 14 15 But even without it I think Pleso is a wonderful platform and was of great help to me
