I believe this is a scam

I like the product I ordered one and was very happy with it I decided to order 2 more A real nightmate I really believe this company is a scam They keep shipping the orders to a non existing address in a completely different town When I get status info that it was returned I call and am told that I will get a full refund It has been over 3 weeks Still no refund I am told that there is no reference for the refund and that I have to call back to check on the status of my refund I truly believe that they are running a scam Right now I am out approximately 140 and no merchandise or refund in sight

POOR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

On August 28 2023 I made a purchase of a Pocket Hose for 87 26 The Pocket Hose Copper Bullet product came with a ten year warranty against significant loss of performance resulting from normal wear and tear On March 27 2024 I contacted Pocket Hose advised that the plastic threaded male connector that the copper bullet and sprayer attach to had degraded the copper bullet and sprayer would no longer attach and I needed to return the hose for repair Pocket Hose requested a clear picture showing the defect which was sent and then notified me that a replacement had been processed On March 31 2024 I received the replacement with the very same plastic threaded male connector that had failed Pocket Hose no longer sells a product with anything but all copper connectors for this reason I contacted Pocket Hose again and was promised a replacement with all copper connectors which I have never received Pocket Hose also stated that they were issuing me a full refund which I have never received

Took money but no product

I ordered 2-25 ft hoses a few months ago to test the company and because my Dad wanted one He asked for a 50 ft one for Father s Day The product works great but I have not heard or received anything from the company My credit card was charged the day of the order but I have yet to receive an email confirmation or product I have messaged them multiple times and they state it must ve been lost in shipping No item no refunds Don t waste your time because you will lose money

I fell for the ad and ordered this hose It lasted less than an month and sprung a leak I have tried to get return refund info to no avail Email addresses dont work and there is no actual address for the company on the site I guess I get my credit card co to cancel the transaction

If you don t want aggravation don t buy this hose everything they said it s a lie The first day I got this hose a hole deflected the hose and it was no good Still trying to get my money back from them a they keep giving me the ran around for my money It s been almost a week and they keep saying 24 to 48 hours and nothing yet So sabe your money and sanity

Poor quality and service

Poor quality and serviceMy husband ordered this product on TV BIG MISTAKEIt is poor quality I had to call them three times in India in order to get a verbal return instruction on how to return They promised earlier to email me the instructions via my email and to wait at least 2 days for the email I never received twice and got so mad it is a terrible customer service Please dont get scammed

Not impressed

Not impressed Hose expands until you turn it on and it then shrinks back I increased the pressure to see if it would maintain its length whilst using but still did not work Waste of time

I ordered the 25ft

I ordered the 25ft Hose When it arrived I realized it was too short I emailed 2x to see about exchanging Never received a response Looked on website for address in order to return for a refund 2 weeks after sending still no response Called customer service They spoke barely any English Hung up in frustration They would not transfer me to someone else Kept asking for a tracking which I did mot have I have emailed again I doubt I will get a response let alone a refund

Charged my credir card but never ship the hose No customer service

Updated Better off buying through Amazon I ordered two pocket hoses from direct from their websites with the projected delivery date of July 2nd The tracking number for the hoses shown that they never actually got to the carrier Serveral attempts to contact in early July via the contact forms were met with automatic reply but no real resolution or information After I contacted Bank of America at the end of July early AUgust and more attempts to contact them via email address I found on review sites I finally got a reply and a credit for merchandises I didn t received I turned around and bought the same items on Amazon sold by them but shipped from Amazon and I got them in a few days The product itself is fine I bought many over the past several years Be sure to empty it when you are done using and keep it off direct sun light and it will last longer but expect to buy a new one every 2-3 years Thank you Brittany for following up now but my experience isn t unique
