Not only is the platform free to use being provided by the local Council but the format is easy to use The publications are presented in the familiar format of the printed versions Once downloaded onto e g a tablet the publication can be read away from Wi-Fi connections just as say a newspaper can be taken and read elsewhere Press reader offers a very wide range of publications so one can download several newspapers
