Incredibly poor quality poor customer service
I placed an order on Produceshop PT on 11 27 The order was for 8 sets of 1 brown coffee table 90X90 cm 4 Brown Passion chairs model Bistrot Arm Brown Moka order no 920196392 and had a cost of 1680 Euro which I paid entirely during the ordering process On 12 04 2020 I received the goods the quality seems to be very good but ALL 8 tables are in the wrong color anthracite instead of moka brown They were packed in cardboard boxes without a sticker on them to describe what s in the boxes but some boxes had a handwritten code 7090 MK code for moka brown tables Inside the cardboard boxes the sticker on the plastic packaging of the tables itself each stated that the colour was antracite As I did not receive exactly the items I bought and Produce pt is impossible to contact I ask you to correct this as soon as possible If there is no positive response to my request I will contact the official Portuguese complaints directory Anacom and take further legal measuresUPDATE head quarters in Italy or Produceshop PT never answered on 2 emails I ve sent but I have had back and forwarth conversation with one of their coworkers from Produceshop NL via their Ebay account Lots of hassle and time waisting that didn t bring anything everything that I said was contested and even the HD photo s that showed the stickers on the plastic packaging describing the wrong colour were not good enough proof I also sent a photo that clearly showed the colour difference between a chair brown and a table antracite next to each other and this was contested as a shadow with the message I had to assemble all 32 chairs and 8 tables together and get photo s from far close up down left and right in sunlight in artifical light and in shaded environment I refused as the colour difference between moka brown and antracite could not be any better shown than on the first photo and new photo s from far would have given them without a doubt a reason to say that it was not clear to see the colour difference Reading the other bad reviews from unhappy costumers it is clear that Produceshop is using a tactic of demotivation without offering a real solution In many cases Photo s are being contested responsability is being denied and forwarded to the transport company faulty goods have to be sent back at high rates to far away Italy emails are not being answered the legal time between buying and canceling is not being respected goods are not being delivered although paid etc CONCLUSION don t take the risk to buy here if you want to be sure to have value for your money

Treadmill with error No reply from Customer Support
Incredibly poor quality incredibly poor customer service Kitchen stalls I ordered were totally different to the pictutes and description and incredibly poorly built and also pretty much impossible to assemble Complete joke Tried to return but could only do this at my cost and return to Italy it was not clear this was where they were based as pt URL was more expensive than the items Avoid

Very poor quality difficulty in finding info on how to returning goods on website
First of all my order was delivered to wrong address and I had to contact transportation company regarding my issue And then eventually I received my order but it was damaged 2 corner of wood desk was damaged And also knew right away that my package had been opened once before delivery I can guess that they work with unreliable shipping company And then I contacted ProduceShop customer service many times and they never reply back to me They don t even have a customer service call center and I don t know how I can get a refund and return my defective order Is it a fraud I don t recommend to use this online shop

delivery guy got the wrong location
I purchased a set of garden tables and chairs When I received the items the quality was very bad partially painted seats varnish drips on many areas of the seats chipped wood but the packaging was perfectly intact I decided to return the item and went to the company website produceshop pt and found that there is no telephone number no email address no return form as stated in the terms and conditions of purchase There seems to be no way to return the item I have since been able to contact the seller and they have agreed to return the goods and have provided all required information To return goods in your order you need to click on Delivery not accepted This pops up a form to return goods The website should still provide more details on how to return goods In the end I did not return the items sending back to Italy would cost 270 EUR and have decided to try to finish them myself sanding varnishing etc The quality of the items is very very bad Drip marks from varnish partially varnished wood areas flimsy materials Will not buy from produceshop again

Produce shop has failed to deliver an
Produce shop has failed to deliver an item to me for 2 weeks - it item costing 430 I also paid for tracking that does not exist and there is no phone number for customer service Their shipping company has claimed the item was delivered They then called and hung up and said it was not possible to deliver IN WRITING produce shop offered me a refund but now refuse to give it to me I will never order from this online store again

TOTAL SCAM - Garden Shed delivered with no instructions or assembly parts
THE SAGA LIVES ON NOW 26 September and still NO useable garden shed has been delivered Today s the Brazilian delivery driver from Kuehne Nagel or its subcontractor finally called me but could not understand me so he hung up This is after weeks of messages and phone calls to confirm where to make the delivery NOT to actually deliver anything On Wed 20 September I received an sms from Sandra at Kuehne Nagel telling me the delivery would finally be made on Thursday NO driver called me on Thursday and Friday and Sandra made no response to me until today on 26 September After speaking to sooooo many people about where and how this delivery would be made the drivers at the subcontractor understand nothing Today Sandra said the package would be returned to Italy They have NOT once attempted to deliver this package to me I also work and can not sit by my phone and hope a delivery driver will call me ProduceShop is violating both Swiss and EU consumer protection laws and committing financial fraud This is a DISGUSTING company 3 weeks late but they finally delivered my garden shed UNFORTUNATELY the box was heavily damaged with both ends open It was MISSING both the parts needed to assemble the shed AND THE INSTRUCTIONS MISSING AFTER 10 days of requests for help they have closed my case on Paypal claiming the item was delivered successfully THIS WEBSITE IS A TOTAL SCAM and they offer NO REAL SUPPORT for their problem deliveries They have answered none of my emails for supportOn 17 July they responded here on TrustPilot but have not responded to a single email that I have sent them since the delivery was made There is NO way to call them directly UNACCEPTABLE

Unresponsive Customer Support
I bought a desk from this online store however no matter how many attempts I ve made through various contact methods customer support is completely non-existent I lodged a complaint regarding missing parts for the table using the standard form provided on the website and I received an email asking me to resend the incident report which I had already submitted on the website to the support e-mail they gave me However this email simply does not work it consistently bounces back stating that the submission was not completed It is impossible to speak with anyone from customer support at this company One must either file a complaint through PayPal and request a refund or they will not respond to their customers in any way after the sale is completed It s completely incomprehensible that there s no way to contact customer support
