This delivery service is f ing ridiculous They couldn t deliver a package coming from 220km distance for 3 days Avoid them no matter what cost

Do not try this postal mesns if you really want to see ur parcle They charge so rediculsly and yet are unable to deliver a parcle for nearly 3 weeks Ptt is d most useless delivery company in the world

Terrible customer service Several occasions I called chose English only to be answered by a Turkish speaking member of staff The package was unsuccessfully delivered because I was in work However they didn t call leave any kind of message at all I wouldn t recommend this company

This is for anyone thinking of sending

This is for anyone thinking of sending or receiving package through this Turkish postal company They are very slow they must be the worst country to deal with I ve sent stuff from UK and it should take 5-7 days to be delivered But after 7 8 days if your lucky it finally clears customs and then you still have to wait 3 or more days before it s delivered And if you waiting for something to be returned from there you could be waiting 1or 2 months They wait for a month to see if it s claimed and then if it s not they then return it I ve been waiting for over 6 weeks for something to be returned However saying that they are a couple of people that work there that are helpful But overall I wouldn t recommend sending anything in or out of turkey It s a nightmare And if your sending something to patient in hospital in ICU probably best not to As they may never receive it I ve had package gone missing

Its been 17 days and still no movement Telephone numbers don t work and they won t respond to emails Very frustrating

Lazy PTT Bayrampa a PDM branch

I asked my bank to deliver my credit and debit cards to the address They said they would be delivered The normal arrival time was two days at most But I have not received my cards for 10 days I called my bank today and after learning the tracking numbers of both of them I learned that both of them were lying in your branch called Bayrampa a PDM We took steps to resend them through the bank However I realised that these two cargoes which should have been in my hands days ago have been kept at Bayrampa a PDM for days not even taken out for distribution and no information has been given to me You are the cargo company if you will not bring my cargo and keep it away from me Close the shutters and I will buy it from the place where the card is printed Barcode numbers of both shipments 7238470031634 and 7438460045379 Send me my cargo
