Worst shop and personel in public stay away

HelloI am writing about the Samsung Smart TV that I bought from public I was required a smart tv 32 inches with internal receiver for the wall connection and also requested from tbe begining this wish from the seller It is actually Smart TV but receiver is not nternally installed When I came home I realized there is no receiver internally nstalled and I returne after a week this television to public to change it with internal recriver tv But the seller told me that it is smart tv and all tv have internal receiver after 2016 and I returned bacj to my home again and after a week I called my installer to fixed the tv on the wall and when he saw the tv he told me that this tv has only cabel connection and advised me to returned this tv to seller to change with another tv with internal receiver And next day I went to the public to the same seller and informed him that this television has not any internal receiver Then he went to the director s office and discussed with him and later came down and told me that this television has internal receiver and if there isn t the next week I have to bring this television back and they will send to the Samsung because it should has an internal receiver inside installed And I came back home again and waiting for the next week to return back this television because there isn t any connection to the satellite receiver I am not happy with seller and with the company which is not helping us to return back this Television or exchanging it with the new one I am ready to pay more money to get another television with the internal receiver inside installed Please help me to change this television with the new one where there is an internal receiver inside installedWe went to Public today to change the TV while we were talking to Andreas the employee there Christos Kostara who I learned his name from Andreas came to us and said is there a problem and started to look at us badly and then walked towards us I would like to state that my wife and I were very uncomfortable Andreas said there was no problem we were just talking but he looked at us badly and went inside What kind of a salesman loses himself so much that he walks up to the customer A salesman makes a brand like Public lose a lot of value This strange man called Kostas almost attacked us I am complaining about this person Also Andreas did not change the TV for us I am complaining about that too he said they will meet with the manager Angel Christodoulu again next week and evaluate it What kind of a business is this we know that we have the right to change and return any product we buy from any store between 15 days and 1 month Why doesn t Public take back the product It is not the product we wanted We want to return this product Please help us Thank you

Very bad work of online shop The only good thing- the call center is polite but after 1 week I find out they did not have the product- I was late with my son s present They said its delayed for 2 days- not sorry nothing And now I find out there is no product in stock After one week Very bad online shop work

The worst customer service and company in Cyprus My sons Xmas present decided to pack up after 8 days Returned it to them and was told they wouldn t replace it because it was bought on the 21st of November and the 15 day replacement period had expired I explained to them I had bought it in November because it was on offer and I had wrapped it immediately because it waa a Xmas present for my son He only opened it on Xmas day and used it for a total of 8 days They took the monitor on the 4th of January 2024 to get it fixed and explained that they would need at least 20 days to repair it Today is the 13th of February 2024 and we still have not received the monitor All emails phone calls and personal visits to the store by us have been met with the same answer we are waiting for the part it will be here next week we understand your concerns STAY AWAY

Very unreliable and unprofessional company One month ago I had bought an aeg oven

One month ago I had bought an aeg oven online from the public store in Limassol Twenty days after I had bought it and was waiting to be delivered they called me to tell me that they did not have the oven and that this model was no longer available and they would offer the newer model for the same money since it was their fault They returned the money to me and since then no one has contacted me back I called 3 times to ask but I guess they changed their money about the offer What I am really upset about was that they had the model when I bought it and kept my money for 3 weeks and after 3 weeks they discovered they did not have it For me it s a very unprofessional and unreliable company

I purchase before 1 month a 43 in tv coocqq and the next day I ask the shop in Paralimni to help me to put the tv channels in line and they might not help me and they say that they call me from the service department I make a lot of calls and agree with them but after one month nobody has contact with me that is public I have to wait a few more months maybe somebody call

Very bad experience They cancelled the paid order Feeding me with hopes every day Promising to call me back and I never revived a single phone call from them within the week Definitely do not recommend
