The items appear to be the same as those sold on platforms like AliExpress or Temu, simply rebranded with a “Q” logo. When I contacted them to return a jewelry item, I received a brief response asking what was wrong with it. After clarifying that I wanted to proceed with a return, I never heard back again.

I emailed to return a piece of jewelry, received a vague “what is wrong with it” reply, and after stating I wanted a return, they never responded again.
