This Rain wifi is absolutely useless I ve been trying to get someone to call me but no one contacted me they are as useless as their wifi second query my account from R699 last year to this year R795 this is pathetic did not even notify me that my account will be going up I struggle on a daily My ticket number is 25820579

This company has absolutely abysmal service They are unprofessional and completely uncoordinated Do not go with this service provider Every single month without fail I have been billed double my actual amount I received a new router and then they billed me for my new router and old router after being told multiple times by a consultant that I would not be When I speak to one consultant the individual clearly miscommunicated does not communicate anything to their colleagues and superiors as the information needs to be relayed over and over again Disorganized dishonest After telling them the issue two consultants dropped the call And I am still struggling to resolve this issue On top of that they add extra charges and try to explain it away WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

I ported my number to rain Biggest mistake of my life their sims dont work I kept phoning for iver a month for them to release my number Finally i rec an email that they did but the service provider did not have my number two consequtive days i tried to no avail They do not respind to their whats apo site I am so frustrated The worst ecperience ever

I HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS RAIN WIFI YOU TRY AND CALL THEIR CALL CENTRES YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE LONGEST TIME UNTILL YOU RE CONNECTED TO AN AGENT THEN AFTER THAT THEIR CALL GETS CUT for what reason I do not know THEY TAKE THEIR TIME IN CALLING YOU BACK SHOULD YOU REQUEST A CALL BACK TILL THIS DAY MY ROUTER HAS A RED DOT BUT ALL PAYMENTS ARE UP TO DATE THE NETWORK IS SO BAD BUT THEY WILL TELL YOU THEIR TOWERS ARE WORKING PERFECTLY IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR WIFI DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT EVEN FOR THE SLIGHTEST MOMENT CONSIDER RAIN

Cancelled order but still being billed

Reference Number 26800690 We cancelled rain at the end of the billing cycle for October and paid now it says that we re due two months payments we have the bank transactions showing it was paid Got a reference no but nothing else calling the helpline not working it just keeps ringing

DON T use this provider their after sales service is extremely useless I have not had internet for 7 days and after multiple phone calls they still refuse to address the issue Using rain will provide you with a poor connection with even worse service You will pay for a service you dont receive rather stick to a brand you can trust I will be cancelling my multiple contracts soon Wait for Starlink
