I want to commend Rains for their excellent customer service A clasp fell off my mom s raincoat I notified Rains and they sent my mom a new raincoat without delay They did not require her to mail the damaged raincoat back I would recommend Rains to anyone Their customer service is top notch

I was surprised that i received the order so fast the package was nothing special but the bag i ordered for my boyfriend is pretty cool He likes it a lot The size is perfect and the material as well Would recommend for sure

I bought a rain jacket from Rains online because my size and colour choice was no longer available in my country I was impressed by the speedy delivery clear communication and ease of ordering It didn t cost me anymore than what it would have if I d been able to get it from the store where I live I was so pleased as that store had told me they had tried to source it but obviously they hadn t tried very hard I will buy direct again in the future

I purchased a rains bag through a third party website in June number 6 london that had a slight defect upon arrival After the third party continuously failed to respond to getting the bag swapped or checked with rains if the 2 year warrantee was valid I went to Rains directly this month october Liva from rains customer service responded within 24 hours and after a swift email exchange showing evidence of my purchase and confirming the bag was under warrantee I was given a voucher for the full amount of the bag to order again from rains directly I now have a new bag on its way within a few days of raising the issue with Rains Great customer service

I had purchased a pair of Rains pants from a boutique near me and loved them so I ordered a jacket from the online store Great product I had to launder the jacket because it had a strange smell but I kind of expected that because I have other clothing that is made with a similar fabric Arrived quickly
