Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service beyond horrible They give you the runaround and make it difficult to do anything They will tell you to do the same thing over and over Adding a bank account for transferring funds is like rocket science to them they re so incompetent I am about to close my account and move my money out of there because they suck big time Not worth the extra 1 in interest to deal with their garbage customer service

The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing The higher interest rate is nice but getting your money back out takes multiple calls and is very frustrating I requested a transfer on Friday 7 28 23 they advertise 1-3 business days I then learned since I made the transfer after 1 30PM EST it would be 4 business days I called Thursday the money was still not in there I was promised the money would be in their Friday 8 4 23 - the money has still not arrived at the receiving bank Absolutely nuts I cannot recommend using this company if you want your money back in a timely manner like they promise

Banking laws not followed

I am not even sure this company follows banking laws I never verified my identity they didn t even ask for my driver s license You can t add a beneficiary online you have to call them and no one ever answers their 800 I would not trust your money at this location This can t be legal

msgv It s annoying Trying to withdraw money but the system keep failing and now it even worst the system won t log me in even details are correct Couldn t get in touch with them by phone either Also waiting to email me back until now regarding this This is unacceptable RAISIN

BEWARE - 6 weeks money in limbo and no response

I transferred money to my Raisin account on 13 Feb 2023 and it s been sitting in pending mode ever since while I lose interest and can t access it to withdraw it I have contacted Raisin FOUR times by email in app messaging and still no response Do NOT trust these people with your money it is outrageous and a breach of banking standards and responsibilities

Customer service is non-existent

I can t access my savings account since it switched from N26 to Raisin because it s an old phone number which I can t update without access to the old one I ve contacted Raisin via email twice and requested a callback once in the last 2 months and I ve heard nothing I m locked out of my own money and not a single peep from this company

Unacceptably long lead times

Unacceptably long lead times to open my account despite telling me to add funds to my account I took 80k out of my savings account to deposit in my raisin account only to discover my raisin account is still not open 5 days later So I gave 80k sitting in my current account earning nothing instead of the 4 1 I should be getting Useless

Raisin Withholding My Money

My 1 year fixed bond matured with Raisin on 8th February 2023 It is now 13th February and I cannot access my matured funds since my account is showing zero I have raised two complaints with them and so far no response Their published telephone number is a fake Do not use this financial institution
