Andrew Chappell Laura Smith and Leah Shaw were all excellent They had excellent communication sent documents on time and were very welcoming when I came into their office They sorted everything out and now I own my first property because of them I really recommend using their services

Danielle and Sarah did a wonderful job

Danielle and Sarah did a wonderful job with a very difficult situation Complications with one buyer led to a very stressful sale for the other parties yet they were an oasis of calm Most importantly always at the end of the phone to steady frayed nerves and explain any concerns I may have had Without doubt will use them again and recommend anyone else to do the same

Had written a long review but it got lost somehow In a nutshell Kerry and Chantelle with incredibly helpful Kerry was very patient with our complex source of funds process I would have hated me and all the docs lol Chantelle ws always quick to respond Only thing I d like to have improved was the portal quite buggy and frustrating but that s not K C s responsibility so I hope the tech people at Ramsdens sort that out as it does not inspire any confidence of security important when such confidential documentation is in question nor usefulness Anyway would happily recommend Kerry and Chantelle to anyone buying a house

We made contact with Ramsdens solicitors in July August 2023 We required support to manage a family members finances who is suffering from Dementia We were put in contact with Leanne Gibson Leanne immediately understand the challenges we were facing and she really understood how upsetting and emotional this was for us Leanne is extremely knowledgeable professional and compassionate She made the daunting prospect of applying for a deputyship so simple Her explanations have been uncomplicated and very clear Leanne responds promptly to any questions Excellent service

As a mortgage professional finding a good firm of solicitors is the unicorn and in Ramsdens Solicitors it s a jackpot Rebecca Koncewiz Joanne Doyle were quietly efficient with little fuss and executed a complex remortgage in record time Case was offered on 4th July and completed on 18th July which is only 10 working days While they may be more expensive they are worth the price Highly recommend and I would be putting more cases through
