No Delivery and Unresponsive Support
The order has not arrived, and there have been no meaningful updates. It has been eight days since I purchased the books, yet the tracking information has not changed. Customer service has not responded, leaving me without any clarity about the shipment. I am unsure when, or if, the books will be delivered. Based on this experience, it feels risky to spend money here, and I would suggest choosing a more reliable retailer.

STAY AWAY from Reader in Bookland This website is a complete scam disguised as a bookseller Here s why you should never buy from them Deceptive Discounts They advertise crazy discounts that seem too good to be true and guess what They are You end up paying more than the actual price of the book after all their hidden fees and charges It s a complete rip-off Stolen Money More Like Stolen Dreams I placed an order for a book weeks ago paid upfront and received nothing but radio silence Their customer service is nonexistent Emails go unanswered calls are never returned It s like they take your money and vanish into thin air Unprofessionalism at its Finest or Worst If by some miracle you do manage to get in touch with their customer service prepare to be met with indifference and unhelpful responses They have no regard for customer satisfaction and frankly seem annoyed by your inquiries Save yourself the heartache and frustration Do not buy from Reader in Bookland There are plenty of reputable online bookstores out there that value your business and won t steal your money
