Communication as in a real person s voice to start with was very helpful as been a new starter as discussions finished email already on phone to action no waiting easy to connect chat to email times and excellent money delivery ie in bank on way to station on Friday not waiting till twelve o clock as ther has been times with others not been in at this time as difficulty getting to work Fridays has occurred in past so overall very impressed with services
