I have always drank ocean cranberry juice But you have changed the recipe for the worst its got a horrible taste and it s cloudy o certainly won t be buying again go back to the old way

Disappointing service
I recently had an issue with the quality of a drink that I had purchased from a supermarket which was one of their Jamaica Inn drinks I contacted them directly They provided a minimal gift voucher that I have not been able to redeem I asked them to provide replacement drinks which they did not do They provided another gift voucher submission that again could not be redeemed on the relevant website This has been very frustrating and the matter has stretched unnecessarily and avoidable over a month I am extremely disappointed I had this happen with another supplier in the last 12 months That manufacturer immediately took my details and overcompensated with replacement drinks I am disappointed at the poor customer service and Refresco Drinks do not appear to be concerned with customer satisfaction when there is an issue with their product
