The worst online shopping experience in my entire life
Never buy from this website unless you are prepared to pay 70 for 1 day expedited shipping and to receive a completely wrong item after 7 days and to not getting a replacement order placed before them to send people to pick up the wrong item they send and to not getting your correct order after nearly 30 days Customer service not helpful at all

Terrible customer service
I ordered a giftcard in a timely manner that was lost or stolen I had to purchase a different gift to the recipient since it was not received by the date of the event that it was to be given Rejuvenation kept extending the date when the gift card was to be delivered even though it was not being tracked since it was no longer showing up in the usps system Customer service did not reissue another card and I am still waiting to receive my money back from them 250

Do not buy custom orders from Rejuvenation The lead times are deceiving - the site says they are in stock and will ship at a specific date but it is wrong Rejuvenation will charge you once you purchase the custom order and then you will wait months and months for a shipment that will not come This happened to me - it has been over 3 months since I ordered an in stock piece that has still not been shipped but I was charged for it over three months ago They have refused to cancel my order since it s Custom The only option I have now is to go to my credit card company to stop payment on the order Save yourself some time and money and order from elsewhere

Do Not Expect to Receive a Nice Product in Your Lifetime
I have ordered a pendant lamp from Rejuvenation twice The first lamp took eight weeks to arrive and came out with a horrible paint job on the metal shade I sent it back and reordered a second I am still waiting six weeks later Horrible customer service and follow through It s too bad because I really liked the lamp

Product quality issue ignored
I ordered wall mounted shelving which arrived intact with specific instructions on installation including templates to use for placing wall anchorage The problem was that all 5 of the templates were incorrect with half of the wall hole locations not matching the shelving My error was assuming the templates were correct and not checking them with the shelving and drilling holes in my plaster walls at the incorrect locations I called customer service twice and was assured that a higher up would return my call No one returned my calls The overriding issue is that 100 of the 5 templates sent were incorrect which leads me to believe that all of their templates are incorrect and all future customers will have the same issue

Multiple issues and no support
We purchased a new and unopened Rejuvenation Brambling 56 fan from a private party who decided against using it in a remodel When the light is off and the fan is on via remote the light flickers The fan also wobbles even with the set screws fully tightened I called Rejuvenation for technical support and they refused to talk to me They told me to call Brambling which doesn t exist

Total junk - Buyer Beware
Total junk - Buyer Beware - I bought a 470 door handle from this company it lasted less than 2 years before it broke Asked the company to replace the broken part or supply a new one as for this amount I d expect a company to stand by its products The company response sorry for inconvenience we can t help you As an interior decorator we won t be be buying products or directing our clients ever again at Rejuvenation or their sister companies William Sonoma etc Really short sighted business

Bad policies for their own errors
I ordered a flush mount light and was sent the wrong size and color canopy Only figured it out after installing the crossbar that the canopy was too small for it and the shade was larger than the fitter mount Called their customer service and was told I had to return the entire light including the crossbar which was a total pita to install and I didn t want to remove it Asked if there was a due date to return the light by and was informed that I had to return it before they would ship the replacement What is even going on at this company This is all their fault and they re treating me with distrust This will likely be my last purchase
