Horrible service wishing we had another option and have reached out to surrounding providers to see if we can convince them to come into our area Multiple instances of Republic Services not picking up as scheduled Having to go weeks without pickup Trash piling up and animals tearing it up all over the yard Calling in to report missed service is a joke you get a call center that has ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA whats going on and just tells you they will make sure it is rescheduled for the next day and surprise surprise no one picks up the next day

The truck driver did not pick up the garbage and I called early yesterday and they agreed to stop by during the afternoon and no one came I called early today and they informed me that they canceled the order for my call yesterday because the driver reported that the garbage was not outside I ask to speak to a supervisor because I have evidence from the cameras in my house where the garbage containers were outside the night before and they were scheduled to come today and no one came either

Doubled Prices terrible service

Republic Trash acquired the disposal service I had for 8 years The price Republic charged nearly doubled in 3 years from 129 a quarter to 241 a quarter They left my trash cans strewn on the ground A new company Patriot Disposal became available in my area same service 102 a quarter- I signed up I had paid Republic 3 months in advance and when I asked for a refund after my final pick up in 11 2 they said they would only refund 2 months plus charge 75 to pick up my bins It has now been 6 weeks 12 20 and I still have not received any refund Horrible company
